In 1922, James Matthews started a tin shop, marking the beginning of our company. C. Albert, his son, assumed control early on, evolving it into the family-owned plumbing, heating, and air conditioning firm we know. Now, John Pritchett, Mr. Matthews' grandson, leads the fourth generation of this proud family business.

I grew up in the Mid-Shore Delmarva region. I completed my education at Salisbury State University in 1999. Rachel, my wife, and I have three amazing young kids. I have been honored to be the fourth-generation owner of our family business for more than 15 years.
