Our journey began in 1922 with James Matthews' tin shop. C. Albert, his son, assumed control early on, evolving it into the family-owned plumbing, heating, and air conditioning firm we know. Now, John Pritchett, Mr. Matthews' grandson, leads the fourth generation of this proud family business.

I was born and raised in the Mid-Shore Delmarva community. I completed my education at Salisbury State University in 1999. I am fortunate to have a wonderful wife, Rachel, and three delightful children. As a proud fourth-generation owner, I have dedicated over 15 years to our family business.
