They recently did some work for me. A leaking kitchen sink, replacement with a new faucet, a bad valve under the bathroom sink and a replacement of that faucet, too. I purchased the new faucets at Lowe's and they installed them for me. All work was done to my satisfaction. There was an issue with the labor charge involving accurate arrival and departure times. They were very receptive to my complaint about the total hours and that issue was also resolved to my satisfaction.

Contacted and scheduled a tune up and service. Had an appointment scheduled for a week out. On the day of the appointment he called and said he was not taking any new customers. If he wasn't taking new customers then why did he schedule an appointment in the first place. Now after waiting a week I now have to find someone else and wait even more time. Would not suggest calling this company especially if you want them to show up.

Service is quick and detail. I electric heater tank was leaking. I ordered the part from Home Depot but need someone to install the heating tank (sorry, I am not very handy). Byron Parker to the rescue! Thank you!

These guys absolutely saved me when my basement was flooded and all the mechanicals shorted out. They treated it like it was their own emergency - they were here day after day at all hours till it was fixed. I couldnt have asked for a more committed team of people helping me out. Don't bother. They are very unprofessional.they don't show up on time and do a shotty job at fixing and installing. I thought by the other reviews they would be good but I was proven very wrong. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere.

They came in an hour early which was fine. Everything went well but the older gentleman was a bit rude. He was using a knife to slice wires and cut his finger, bleeding, so my husband offered him a wire cutter/splicer. The gentleman got upset, yelled at my husband saying I KNOW WHAT IM DOING! Lol, he offered him a bandaid and got no response. The guy with him was totally silent but later when he was alone with my husb apologized. Its whatever they got the job done, reasonable price too. It took two hours and 3 thermostats to fix. In between they had to go back twice to their store to get them. Thank god it was local.

I was very pleased with the results of my project with Byron Parker plumbing. Bob (owner) is very knowledgeable, courteous and quick. I would have given them a 5 star rating if I had not had issues with rates and time. He charges for his time AND his assistant's time, totaling $140/hr. Be sure to discuss this with him before he leaves to avoid any surprises when the bill arrives!

Quick service and reasonable prices. The job only took 15 minutes and they reduced the rate accordingly, and were so pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend and will use exclusively if we need a plumber in the future.
