1st off this company has NO answering service for emergencies, It is very hard for them to return phone calls in a timely manner, Next, when one of their plumbers finally showed up at my home, he made me feel as if I had imagined the plumbing issues, and last of all they had to return so far 3 additional times with NO resolve to the problem... If unwarranted stress and raw sewage in your home are things you enjoy... Trust that Bynum Plumbing will provide that they also leave behind a big mess

Mr. Bynum is my new go-to plumber! The manufacturer of a recalled component assigned him to repair the work of an earlier installer who had performed the replacement correctly. He quickly made the repairs and couldn't have been more polite or professional. He went out of his way to help me, and I wish there were more people out there who work this competently and efficiently. It was a pleasure to have been served by him.
