Yea, they drained the overflowing septic tank that should've been taken care of previous to it being sooo full it overflowed into every drain we have.
I tried to be cordial to all of the workers and, all but the last gentlemen that came to fasten the toilet today, ignored even the slightest ""Hello, How's it going?""
And, after 2 days of continuous hard rain, all of the dog poop didn't make it to the trashcan.
So, they complained to our landlord about dog poop in our yard. Even after seeing my husband cleaning it up before they were leaving.
Uhhh... You work with Sh#t for a living, Why are you complaining about Sh#t?!

Don't know how else to get attention but you have a driver driving drunk on the road. Driving East on highway 74 through Hemet at 7:50pm today Jan 9th 2021. Unable to stay in lane, tail gating, and nearly crashing into center divider and the trees on the side of the road doing speeds of 65+ MPH. Doubtful anything will happen to resolve this issue, just hopefully the driver doesn't hurt anyone else on the road.

I've used this company for over 2 years with 4&5 star service at my rental property However my last two jobs have required tech to come back because the original repair was insufficient Had an appt 8/10/2020 They were no call no show. Now a repair that was done in May 2020 leaking again I have not received call back when I asked to fix it right or refund my $400 Won't be using this plumber again

Thursday, late afternoon, too many signs of a hot water slab leak finally reared it's ugly head. We were really apprehensive about who to call, but the previous reviews convinced us to call Byers. Talked to Dale, who walked us through a mini test of shutting the hot water off, checking the meter at the street; and confirmed our fears. He came out the following morning, and was very thorough with testing. He was up front and exact about what work may be needed, estimates and expected time for completion. He was able to schedule work for the next day.
Ivan and Steve arrived Saturday as scheduled. They are both so polite and professional, it made us comfortable with the process. They answered all of our questions patiently, and made a stressful problem easier to go through! Plus they left the house as clean as when they arrived.
We thank them for the great work. We will absolutely recommend these guys for any plumbing need.

A young gentleman named Ivan was sent to my house and was able to fix the slab leak I had. He was very helpful through out the detection and fixing the issue. Thanks a lot man!
