Basic plumbing tasks, electrical installations, adjusting misaligned doors, or any other home improvement project. With over a decade of experience in construction, I have successfully flipped numerous houses. I am the trusted professional when clients need assistance with complex jobs.

I charge $100 an hour, plus the cost of materials or I can also offer a total project estimate.
