I had to replace my AC last summer and chose BVS as they are local to me and they were fantastic with the installation, making adjustments afterwards and doing my bi-annual service - always courteous, on time and professional - my home is so cool (my son loves it cold) that i have to wear a sweater in the summer - and the new unit dropped my electric bill from over $500 a month to under $200. When you call with an issue or problem, even on the weekend - they call you right away - and I have even received calls on the weekends from the owner- wonderful companay

I was in a real jam in the midst of this Texas heat when my AC gave out. I'd heard nothing but great things regarding BVS, without a doubt I called and even tho it was after 5pm they made it out to my rescue no questions asked. Long story short Christopher was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. Walked me through the issues, gave me several options and even worked with me on the final price. Couldn't be any more thankful and grateful for their help. Overall a great experience with a family oriented company. Always had my family and budget in mind. Highly recommend them.

BVS did resolve my concerns. The owner, Mr. Via was very helpful and sincere in his response to my dissatisfaction. They devoted a considerable amount of time to make sure the system was balanced correctly thus making the temperature inside consistent.

I appreciate the Tech's who handled the troubleshooting, as they were courteous and mindful of my special needs kids who do not understand social interactions with strangers. All were kind and respectful.

The investigator for the Attorney General who worked on my complaint was nice enough to explain their role and which portion their agency would intervene.

To BVS, I suggest that when a home owner purchases a new system someone follows-up with a phone call or visit. It is just good business to be conscious of the customer's choice to choose a particular company, and purchase a new system for a considerable amount of money.
