Recommended Customer Reviews

They took care of a major plumbing job for us and the men on their crew were very knowledgeable. They mistakenly cut our cable line during the job, but made sure that it got taken care of and offered to pay if there was any cost involved in the repair. We recommend Buzzell to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Horrible experience, horrible. I will never use this company again. My AC unit was not cooling, I called for service. A technician came and charged me $1400 to """"fix"""" the issue by pumping up craze expensive freon. A few days later, AC unit stopped working again. I disputed the charge, they threaten me with collection. Stay away from this company, if you want to stay sane and with your hard earned money.

I would give zero stars if possible!! DO NOT let anyone from this company work on your house. They do just enough to get by, leave you with nothing but issues down the road and do not stand behind their work, at all!

Buzzell Plumbing charged me $240 to install a new kitchen faucet less than a year ago (Nov 2020). It's come loose and they want $75 to come tighten it up for me. The last faucet I had lasted near 30 years without a hitch but their work won't even last a year? They claimed I didn't buy the faucet from them so they couldn't warrant the faucet. There is nothing wrong with the faucet but plenty wrong with the workmanship. I will not be using their services again. Buzzell Plumbing is just bad business. To refuse 30 seconds out of their time to back up their own work on the same street where they're located is a pretty lousy thing for a plumbing business to do. I had to be pretty shocked to take my time to post this in warning to others but I do it because I care about people. Unfortunately, Buzzell Plumbing does not.

My house is 6 years old and I am already installing a new AC system! Buzzell installed a 4 ton 16 Seer dual stage variable speed compressor unit in my 3200 sq foot house. I have had nothing but issues since we moved in, the 4 ton CANNOT keep up and the air handler continues to sweat. Do NOT ever use them for AC work, you have been warned!!!!!!!

Not real good with service. My Rinnai Tankless Hot water Heater stop working I was told that I needed to order the parts and they would install them. I call Rinnai and they told me that the serving agent hast to order that was on Monday. We are now late Thursday afternoon still no word on when it will get fixed. No hot water. There are many time I feel that these companies don't really care and don't look at a problem from the customers point of view. When it was put in the work was good not great. I've have it serviced and well as my HVAC system and it was good. Just not happy with this service and customer interaction.

Needed work done with tankless water heaters! Everyone was nice and set up an appointment for a free evaluation. Took off work, the individual didn't show up nor call. 3 hours later I called to let them know politely, that I didn't need their services anymore and even though the women was polite and felt bad she continued to call me mam and I am a man lol! Idk, just didn't really seem like a company that wants my business. 1 star because they didn't even value me enough as a customer to call if they were running late etc. Edit: the guy did call, he said he had no excuses and just forgot and apologized, which at least means something to me, 2 stars now for the acknowledgement I guess, won't know how good service is though

I worked for them for a week and was fired for personal reasons, not professional. I served in the US Army as a Behavioral Health Specialist, an MOS requiring a very high aptitude score which I gladly met the requirements of. I've done the job before, I am not lost on the job site. Yet only a week passed being changed between leads that I was fired for not having the experience I claimed I did. It was all personal and not professional. Their team leads are entirely disrespectful and every single one of them does things differently.

They absolutely suck!!! If you need warranty work on anything they have done for you...get ready. They only honor their word on certain days. Doesn't matter what the temp is. In our case 100 degrees. Thank for sucking!!!

$175 for visit. I thought wax seal was bad. Turned out to just be caulk discolored. So for $175 wax seal was replaced. I'm good with that. I called them in the first place but.... 2 months later the toilet starts rocking. Called back -$175 to come back out. 30 day warranty. After complaining she did get approval for $150 to come out. No thank you. Had a different plumber out same day. Buzzell had tightened the bolts on the closet flange too much and it was cracked. Paid new plumber $60 to fix the flange Buzzell broke and replace wax seal again. If I could give it zero stars I would. If you have already used them and under 30 days use the heck out if it to make sure it's right. If you haven't used them you just saved yourself $175 and a headache. Also, I would read the reviews not recommended at the bottom. The five star is from the company itself.
