Unlike the other review here (that I am glad I didn't read before hiring him) Kyle did a great job on our hallway bath remodel. We are very pleased with the final result! Cleaned everything up, showed up when expected, and the finished product is awesome. We are very pleased with Kyle and Buzzard Builds work!

My honest review and experience with BUZZARD BUILDS LLC and its owner Kyle Taylor.

things started out well, Kyle's a nice guy and easy to like, I hired him to do a small handyman job and he told me he did larger jobs and showed me some photos of jobs he'd complete that looked really good.
Well, a few months later I decided to remodel the master bathroom and thought of Kyle. Things got off to a good start, demolition and the underlay construction went well and gave me hope I made a good decision. Sadly once we got into the finishing work with the flooring and tiles things started to decline.
The job seemed completed and we signed off regardless of a few minor details but we accepted the work and were ready to enjoy. Right away we noticed water constantly got outside the shower, no matter what we did water always pooled on the floor, we called Kyle and he came over and tried to put edges on the doors to stop it, sadly this had no results and I discovered the Curb was set incorrectly and was angled outward and not inward towards the drain, so water would always escape. We shared this with Kyle and he acknowledged the error and said he would fix it, this is where things went from bad to worst.
He destroyed the tiles on the inside/outside curb in removing the top and didn't replace them, The shower doors were broken during this process and we decided to pay another 1k for new ones, sadly no repairs to the damaged areas occurred he just loaded up the caulk, same on the inside, lots of caulk.
So now its complete and looks like crap, Kyle knows it and his last words were ""I know it's not what you wanted"" and off he went. I'm out 15k and right back to the situation I started in an unattractive shower.
I would avoid getting into this situation, cause when mistakes happen he will cut and run, he can't afford to resolve the situations he creates and you will suffer. Pictures below, Does this look like new construction?
