Let me start off by saying that Buzz Duzz Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company that I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. After a devastating house fire in 2014 and having all brand new plumbing installed throughout the entire home, something was just not right. The first week that we moved back in our plumbing backed up and has been a constant problem ever since. After contacting the original company who did the work, namely Plumbarama (Bensalem) (see my not so wonderful review on them), they were complete jerks. I had plumber after plumber out to no avail. My plumbing continued to back up. It would back up in every conceivable location....into my laundry room, all toilets, my showers and kitchen sink. It was a total disaster! That was until I contacted Buzz Duzz. I was put in contact with Buzz himself, and what an amazing guy! He took the time to listen and understand my situation. He allowed my the opportunity to ask questions and actually gave me some education on how plumbing worked. He dispatched his guys that very same day. Two of the nicest technicians came out, took their time and finally after four years of this nonsense determined what the problem was. It was a nice malicious gift left behind from the work done during the house fire construction!!! But thanks to Buzz Duzz my plumbing has been trouble free and working great ever since. These guys were so thorough, professional, courteous and trustworthy I will never use another company again. I highly recommend Buzz Duzz, I just wish there were more companies out there like them.

Unfortunately there were some key components in working with Buzz Duzz that will not make me a repeat customer. While overall their work was good quality, they missed some key installation details (had to come back to fix some work) and they made some careless mistakes (that led to a significant outcome). Without going into the whole story 10,000 gallons of water poured into my house overnight, a mistake that could have been prevented from multiple standpoints. My only saving grace was that I have floor drains and no basement. Still, the water was pervasive. I expressed to them that I am one to forgive mistakes, as we are all human, however I was surprised that when I told the boss (mistakenly that it was only 100 gallons!) I received no acknowledgement from anyone on their team, nor apology. BuzzDuzz needs to take responsibility for their actions and respect the concerns of their clients.

After having a horrible after horrible experience with a long time plumber, our church called Buzz Duzz and they showed up less then 15 hours after we called (we called after hours)! They did a great job and gave us great input and further advice on things we could do ourselves. Basically- they were the Hero's of plumbing that we needed! Thanks Buzz Duzz!

After 2 other estimates, and a plumber who failed to show up to do the job, I called Buzz Duzz on Monday for an estimate on 10 feet of waste pipe replacement in my basement. Someone came out Tuesday morning, provided an estimate that was significantly less than the other 2, and I added on 30 more feet of pipe replacement for a total of 40 feet (as they were also cracked, but not yet leaking). They came Wednesday morning and did the job in 3-3.5hrs, which also included digging into my basement concrete and re-cementing it afterwards. I'm really pleased with the quality and efficiency of the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I woke-up yesterday to a partially flooded basement, and water stains on the living room wall,
I had to shut-off the water main in the house. ( so all day with no water)
So,I started the morning off by giving Buzz Duzz Plumbing a telephone call.
and a very nice lady answered, ( do not remember her name) very polite.
She was concerned with my semi-emergency, no water ( but no leak with main shut off) and was told that the plumber would call me back this afternoon, between the hours of 12:00pm-3:00pm, she said they were busy, but you have no running water and we want to get to you quickly. That eased my concerns, and cleaned-up the basement floor.

It is now after 4:00 pm and no response from them, not even a text / call to say we are running behind. Now I have to call another service and set-up an appointment for tomorrow.
Another day without water and another day wasted.

I called this service first, mostly because of the positive reviews(mostly outdated from last year) and the newest one with the one-star because of the 3 hour window.

Maybe this wasn't their policy in the past, but I waited all day, and should've gotten a response.

I have no idea, why this happened or how their quality of service is?

but . . to get a newer review for others, posted.

Expect a 3 hour window for a call-back 12:00-3:00 - If they call you back.
(It's just common decency to return a call from an anxious client).

I can not comment on their service though.

Replaced central air unit from 1988 with Buzz Duzz....from owner to technician to secretary...all very professional..knowledgeable..honest and excellent customer service...HIGHLY recommend...

I've used a number of plumbing, heating and A/C contractors. Buzz Duzz has been the best. The staff is excellent. They follow through and do quality work. I highly recommend them!

Per a friend's recommendation and water in our basement we contacted Buzz Duzz for a sewer drainage clog on a Saturday. They were great. Slightly slower in getting to our house than I would have liked but clean, honest and quick! Thank you. We will be using them again.
Not sure about credit cards but we wrote them a check on the spot for payment.

Gutting a house and Buzz Duzz did entire plumbing system. They had 3 guys (CJ, Anthony & Tony) on the site and they were FANTASTIC. Super helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. When work was complete and the system tested, they found we had a leak in our main sewer pipe. Replacing this would have meant digging up the entire front yard and been expensive-- something our budget wasn't counting on. They came back the next day and fixed the problem for an additional $100, avoiding the need for an entire new pipe. All in all, very reasonable and fair pricing. Just called them up to see about getting our finishing plumbing done by them, too, which pretty much speaks for itself. OH, and every time I've called to speak to someone at their office they are always very helpful and friendly! Also, I love seeing their advertising all over- shows they care about their business and getting a name in the community. Really can't say enough great things about these guys.
