I called this business recently to schedule an estimate & made an appointment, however the plumber never showed nor called with an explanation. I took off work waiting for this ghost. That evening I called back leaving a message asking to reschedule. No return call was received.
A few days later I was walking past the company which is located in my community & run out of the owner's home, I see the owner's wife outside with her dog. She mentions she remembers my name. She says they have been busy.
Really? Too busy to return my call? I told her I no longer needed an estimate. She thanked me.
For her thank you I give one star.

Ken, the owner, and assistant Rob were efficient and neat. They were able to do the job the next day after I called without any additional charge. They removed a clog from a garbage disposal drain behind the wall. I would use them again.

Ken and Rob from Bux-Mont plumbing came out, and did a great job on my plumbing problem. He even installed a new toilet. All done professionally...........(Ken even made a trip to pick up a and install a new toilet). Great work, and I highly recommend Bux-Mont. ( Plumbing work needs are a source of great anxiety for many. You don't have to feel that way with Ken and his people. Honest....thorough...and professional) Thanks guys for the excellent work. We have been working with Ken @ BuxMont Plumbing for a number of years. He is a pro, no-nonsense, reasonably priced, and most importantly does the work correctly the first time. He also is willing to brainstorm to come up with unique solutions for unusual plumbing issues in our old (1956) house, and listens when you describe symptoms of a problem., My experience with many other plumbers is that they assume they already know the answer in advance; many times that is true, but sometimes it's not. Ken's a solid professional, I'd recommend him without hesitation.

Never Again! Quite possibly the WORST customer service I have ever received. Employee was mad from the start, as my APPOINTMENT, not emergency call, was scheduled for 6pm. Guys tells me he is giving me a break by not charging me emergency call visit, again had an appointment. Rude and unprofessional, consider other companies
