Button Plumbing

Called and left several messages about plumbing service over the span of a week and never heard back. I'd heard good things about Button Plumbing from my neighbors but can't actually rate the service myself as I never even received a return phone call. I understand being busy and not being able to return calls or to take on new clients, but it's common courtesy to return a quick call letting a potential client know that.

Bizarre experience. Dave Button answered his cell phone and seemed really nice. A family member who lives in our property in Lincoln City had a broken garbage disposal and a clogged drain. Button took down her address and phone number, and said he would be there the following afternoon. She waited until eight that evening. He never arrived. I left him a message asking for any kind of update, but I got no response. Why make someone wait all day for a no-show? If he couldn't make it, he could have called to let us know--or just refused the job to begin with. Then we might have tried another company. As it is I've lost another day, and the problem is getting worse. What a staggering lack of respect for other people's time. How does this guy stay in business?

I have known Dave Button ever since he began school in Siletz,,,,, Courteous, straight and proud to say a friend , I am a very handy person and usually most all DIY how ever there have been several times I needed help with a special fitting or after hours and needed info about how to get it done and Dave has always been there. Just this day I made 2 drives to Toledo Ace and my wife made the 3rd, there were still problems, I called Dave just before he left on a call and literally 5 min. and I had what we needed. Thank You Dave

my hot water tank in my shop went out . so i called buttons and they showed up that day and replaced it for me . Which i was grateful for . was very happy with the work the problem came when it came to the insurace clam never could get them to get the simple paper work to my insurance company . so i contacted my local ins.agent they said they would send a fax to him and never did . he told me in 40 yrs of being in bus.this had never happened. so here we are 9 month later and no ins. money to redo my floors.wish i could have givin them a 5 star.

Came out right away to crawl under my elderly parents home in Lincoln City and fixed multiple leaks. Another local plumber had them wait 3 days and never came, so we were very happy to find them and would recommend them to anyone. She took the time to explain everything clearly.
