In 2003, Jim's son Sean started his journey as an apprentice
He trained under his father and became a licensed journeyman plumber in 2010
He continues to follow the principles instilled by his father
Together with Jim's wife, Carole, the office manager, and Lara, Jim's daughter-in-law, the office assistant
