He kept in contact via cell phone during the day, so, wr knew approximately what time be would arrive, so we didnt have to just sit around waiting and wondering when and if be would make it that day. I called a few places and all were way over priced to just unclog two sinks and a shower. Some charging $300-500! Butler's gave me an online quote and didn't change from there. Only $150 and professional and friendly service. Came out same day also.
