Today, (10/13/21), I had the water heater replaced in the attic of my house by Rob, Mike, and Drew. Because of the location, I was very apprehensive. This is a difficult job and they did great. I have already told 3 of my neighbors they should use Butler's in the future; I know I will. Very professional. I highly recommend this company. I will sleep better tonight.

I first called to on Dec. 18th, 2018 to have them give me an estimate on installing a tank less hot water heater in our home. I made 4 other calls - twice speaking to human beings. I was told the owner will contact me and set up an appt.That a pile of messages are on his desk and he takes them in order. It is now March 19th , 2019 and I have yet to hear from them. Horrid customer service.

Got to tell about great service from great company. I called butlers this morning about no hot water. Was told they could be here between noon and two. Five minutes after twelve were here. Checked everything out and it's working fine. They were very professional, moved furniture to get in the attic and were very professional. They were fantastic. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing or water heater issues.

I called for a non-emergency and they came out within 3 hours to evaluate what was needed. Very responsive and helpful. Really appreciated it and they are my go to guys now!

If you need fast plumbing work done...avoid these guys at all cost. Complete waste of time trying to hire them. We had a water leakage problem and they came out to check it out. Spent two plus hours of my life inspecting the whole house. Told me there were issues with my main water line into the house. Said they would get back to me right away. After weeks of calling and them telling me they would get right back to me to schedule the work, we gave up and hired someone else. Now we have a huge water bill and had to start from scratch because they are incompetent time wasters!

We had several sinks and a toilet that were slow to drain. Of course this happened on a Saturday night! I called Butler Plumbing and they came to me condo on Wednesday morning. After checking the main drain and """"snaking"""" to the first floor from our third floor, all was well. A small clog was cleared in minutes. He checked everything out and found all is now well. We always appreciate Butler Plumbing.

Butler's was great. Sent a technician right away! They sent Scott, who told me exactly what I needed and fixed it quickly. He was polite and honest. They're my plumbing company from now on! 5 stars!

Talked to Eric to request a leak detection service call. He asked several questions about what I needed and took down all of my contact information. He said he would talk to the owner (Doug) and either Doug or Eric would call me back. That never happened, and it has been 7 days.

I have repeatedly requested Butler plumbing provide some satisfaction/compensation. After 4 months, my check cleared the bank, and 7 phone calls have not been returned, I give this company absolute ZERO stars, but YELP cant accommodate this. Butler plumbing will not do further business for me nor any friend or neighbor I can influence. Our main water line was unfortunately filled with roots. The first occurrence public service fixed us as it was on """"their side"""". The next occurrence was """"fixed"""" by Butler Plumbing late on a Thursday afternoon. The very next night (Friday), we again lost our water service. The bubbling puddle was occurring yet again... be warned...butler plumbing does not answer or respond to after hours calls. When their workmanship fails at midnight on a Friday, they won't answer the phone or come. Public service came, dug around the 3 foot deep mud bubbles and cut the water off. Butler did not respond to my call Saturday am. The Public service gentleman instead returned Saturday midday to fix it correctly on his day off after being here 3 hours on a late Friday nite (that rained I might add). Butler plumbing did answer my call early Monday morning, but had not listened to their missed messages yet. The boss/owner was going to call me. I have called 4 additional times. People who answer the phone know nothing about my experience when described, but the boss/owner """"is going to call me."""" He won't call. He doesn't care. He has my $. He will not have further business from me. That may not bother him, but maybe this honest poor experience and my contacts who also will not use them will make him wish he had bothered to pick up the phone!
