Butler & Son's is an extremely competent family-run business! Reasonable prices and excellent work! Friendly, and professional making owning a new home in E. Providence less stressful. I had an emergency with the water valve on my furnace malfunctioning, spewing hot water everywhere. Pat came to the rescue promptly and didn't empty my bank account.

I had them come out to repair my tenants heating unit. They replaced a few things then said that I need additional work but weren't available for almost 2 weeks to come back. I waited the two weeks and then they never showed up. Said they were going to then didn't and when I asked when we could reschedule they never responded. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for services.

Butler and Sons came recommended to me by a friend. They came by once and helped diagnose an issue at which time we discussed future projects. I called back again to start on those projects as the need became more diire when valves in the bathroom started leaking (steady stream out of the faucet and inside the wall). We had a date set, but then that was postponed due to personal issues on the plumber's side (which I understand). After that I could not get a call or text back to reschedule and now the leaks have been going on for weeks. After repeated attempts of texting and voicemails I decided to move in another direction. I was fine with that (a bit brothered by the time that was wasted) but then I drove to work today and saw one of their trucks out on the road! I was under the impression that the personal reasons stated before had gone on longer than expected (which I felt bad about). Now I realize I was just being ghosted! If you can't do the work (or don't want to) for any reason, it's fine. Just tell me so I can move on too. Very nice people, fair prices, but the communication practices are not acceptable to me and would prevent me from recommending them.

Butler & Sons helped me out with a plumbing emergency (water leak couldn't be stopped except by turning off main water supply). Jeff and Brian showed up within an hour after I called, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and showed me what was happening. I love supporting a local business!

Verry disappointed because he came highly recomended. Did my work, inspecting gas line, paid him and he would not give me a receipt for the work. Now I have to get a plumber and make sure has a license before doing the work again. Since Butler & Sons knew I needed a receipt to get the gas on, they should not have taken the work. Are they even licensed to do this kind of work?

Butler & Sons Plumbing are all Aces in my book. Heather called back like she said she would and I worked out a time with Greg that benefited us both. At the end of the day I have a working system and all is well. Thanks Butler's for your support during what you knew to be a trying time.

Had an emergency, called for same day service and quote . Waited for a call back as promised..waited and waited and waited ...no call back no consideration for my time as a consumer...no follow up ...poor business. Don't bother with Butler and Sons.
