We used this company once before when we had a clog in our kitchen sink. After waiting over 10 days for the home warranty plumber to never show up, Butler came within hours of our call. I reached out to them again today because we again have a problem with our home warranty assigned plumber. They were not able to fix it however they gave me a name of a plumber they trusted and he called me almost immediately after leaving a message! I will be certain to use Butler for anything they can fix for me in the future!

Would highly recommend these guys. I called & Dale called me 5 minutes after I called. He then showed up like 15 minutes later on Christmas eve! Dale used the rotor rooter from under my home & was done 30 minutes later. I asked him to check with a camera to make sure he got it all & he found a sag in my lines so looks like I'll be digging in the Spring time to fix issue. Only took a hour total for everything which I was happy cause holiday pay isn't cheap,but extremely reasonable for a holiday. Thank you Butler! I appreciate your prompt response time.

If you are looking for honesty and integrity then you found the right plumber. They went out of their way to solve a major issue in my main sewer line. Randy came out when one of the kids that work for him needed help with a significant problem that occurred. When I met Randy I knew he would figure it out which he did. He did not charge me for his time to assist. I know who I will be calling in the future.

I called Butler for what I thought wasn't an emergency, but merely urgent. He came immediately and tried some easy fixes before we realized there was a more serious problem. He returned the next morning fully ready and spent 5 hours digging up and replacing my sewer line with heavy equipment. He was fast, efficient, professional, accurate, and not that expensive for the major job he did. I would definitely recommend his services.

We had a very slow drain in a peripheral drain. Previously a drain service had broken off a snake in the line and said he couldn't retrieve it. Over time our line plugged again. Butler's came out and was able to find the piece and remove the obstruction. He was fast, courteous and knowledgeable.

I am the owner of a rental house in Klamath Falls. The house is near new (first occupied less than 3 years ago). The plumber was called by my rental management company to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. The story relayed to me is that the plumber told them the high-end faucet (Moen) would cost more to repair than replace. Replacement with a Delta faucet was made at a cost of $320. I was out of State at the time but had them save the faucet. I watched a 7 minute video on Youtube and disasembled and replaced the model 1225 cartridge in less than 30 minutes. This cartridge is sold locally at Home Depot for less than $40.

A huge thanks to Randy. He got out of bed to come help us turn off our water when we had a pipe burst. This is after I had called every plummer in town and no one including the Klamath water department answered their emergency after hours numbers. Randy you were awesome.
