I recently had a septic back up at my home a half hour outside of klamath Falls. I called every septic company and a ton of plumbers and almost nobody picked up because it was the weekend. Father Plumbing not only picked up but was very responsive. They had it done before 10 AM the next morning and I'm so grateful for them. I highly recommend them especially if you are in a pinch

So I had them come out to my house twice in the last three days and charged me $205 for nothing! They couldn't get the snake down my main line properly and the plumber was a good guy and did good work this is more about the people that run the company and how they just wanna take money from people for nothing!!! Would not recommend to anyone

They are going to make sure that they find a piece of food in the drain so they can report it back to your landlord and force you the tenant to pay for their highly overpriced $95 service for the 6 minutes they spent on the job. My landlord used them to unclog my kitchen drain and their report said ""food"" found in the drain (they found some grains of rice ) but refused to state it as rice, instead they mark it as ""food"" so my landlord can force me to pay the fee. You better be hiring some other people.

They got me on a packed schedule same day and spent 4 hours getting rid of 150' of roots. Cody and Waylon worked harder than I would have ever expected to made sure every bit of my main line was perfectly clean and charged me far less than the other quotes I received. Very nice and informative about everything they were doing. I would never go with anyone else even if I had to wait a few days due to piece of mind in the quality of work as well as pricing.

We used this company once before when we had a clog in our kitchen sink. After waiting over 10 days for the home warranty plumber to never show up, Butler came within hours of our call. I reached out to them again today because we again have a problem with our home warranty assigned plumber. They were not able to fix it however they gave me a name of a plumber they trusted and he called me almost immediately after leaving a message! I will be certain to use Butler for anything they can fix for me in the future!

Would highly recommend these guys. I called & Dale called me 5 minutes after I called. He then showed up like 15 minutes later on Christmas eve! Dale used the rotor rooter from under my home & was done 30 minutes later. I asked him to check with a camera to make sure he got it all & he found a sag in my lines so looks like I'll be digging in the Spring time to fix issue. Only took a hour total for everything which I was happy cause holiday pay isn't cheap,but extremely reasonable for a holiday. Thank you Butler! I appreciate your prompt response time.

If you are looking for honesty and integrity then you found the right plumber. They went out of their way to solve a major issue in my main sewer line. Randy came out when one of the kids that work for him needed help with a significant problem that occurred. When I met Randy I knew he would figure it out which he did. He did not charge me for his time to assist. I know who I will be calling in the future.
