Butler Plumbing came out same day to help me with a sink with some broken pipes. Jeff called, (very nice) and sent Phil to help me. He was here within the hour. Phil is very knowledgeable, and loves his work. It showed, but he told me so. My sink was fixed for a great price, and I am very happy to have found my plumbers. Phil made this a much more pleasant experience than I would have expected. I definitely recommend them, and call upon them again if the need arises. Great service, great company, happy customer. Thank you Jeff and Phil!

Installed a dishwasher and did some work on other pipes to wash machine Did excellent work and did not overcharge or try to get me to add on things that were not needed Courteous and helpful also cleaned up their mess before he left Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company

i was told they were honest and reliable. well that they are but they are also selective about who they will work with. the nice man who came disconnected my dishwasher and put a new valve to make sure it would not leak until I can afford a new one. he charged $250 for disconnecting my dishwasher. He was at my place for 15 min 20 minutes tops. I asked him to look at the tub in the guest bath. he said they do not work on old fixtures. He said the parts don't exist anymore and they would not be willing to look for them. I somehow felt like I was not good enough or going to spend enough to make it worth his trip. I called another plumber who found the parts for my bathroom and replaced them. Butler is honest I guess, they definitely charge high prices are honest about not wanting to work with crappy jobs. I will never recommend them. The guy that helped me is honest and does work panyone has a problem with. After all, I am the paying customer, right? Thimbs down on Butler.

Butler quoted $ 950.00 , called another plumber reputable this time and got job done for $ 425.00!! Quality work , prompt and neat ! I'm from New York and thought this was a den for rip off vendors but you also have them in New Port Richey...what a shame I will digest a difference in price of $ 100 difference BUT $ 525 MORE for same exact service??? Butler Plumbing ( spoke to Jeff)...you suck!!!!

I had an issue at my community clubhouse with the toilet. Jeff came by right away and saw what it was. Nothing but a missing screw. Fixed it right away and said no charge! I said, come on, are you sure? He said, no, no charge and have a great day. Completely honest and a total professional. I have added him to my contacts and planning to use him in the future.
