Great service on replacing my Mothers hot water heater and drying out the carpet! They arrived quickly and got right to work!

They're thieves
Absolutely do not call them
They showed up at our house after we called and said we decided to go with another service bullied there way in then left us with a $600 bill after doing absolutely nothing
My son in law did not realize this because I was not home at the time and gave in and paid them
They actually left us with water left on running under my home we called Eck plumbing and they came out turned the water off and told us there was absolutely no reason for them to have left it on outside of intentionally trying to destroy more pipes during this last cold snap as well as charging us $600 for doing absolutely nothing. Horrible people they use bully tactics and will not take no for an answer. I wish I would have checked here before I even called them. They will be seeing me in court if they do not refund my money.

Professional, efficient, courteous. All that I could ask for with these two men....thank you, John and Richard.

Maury has always been a great guy to work with. He is very thorough and is a great worker. He is very responsive to our calls when we need him and he loves our dog! We would highly recommend this company!

Had a full sewer line replaced. Morty and Dillon we're awesome. Very professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. Hit a few snags as with any 60 year old house, they had suggestions and fixed everything on budget. Will be recommending them to family and friends.

While the service was fine, long after the services were provided and paid for, the company (Owner) contacted us saying we owed more plus interest for an amount for which we were never billed. I have since discovered, this practice has happened to more customers than just us. Be very, very careful when dealing with this company.

So far I am not happy with my most current experience with them. We had standing water in our laundry room a few weeks ago. Called The Butler because we had used them in the past. They said they couldn't come out until the next day. Called a competitor and they came out that same day and fixed the problem. Well now we have a bigger job that they are going to do and they have now rescheduled twice but assure us they will come the next time. We have already paid for half of our job and they have cancelled twice on us.

Very unprofessional in almost every aspect. The best service that we'd received was the day that I called them. They arrived in less than an hour of calling. From there it went down hill...... FAST!!!!! No communication, arrives without any warning, and choice of scrubby sub-contractors was less than professional. Needless to say, I will NEVER use The Butler again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I would continue my rant, but check out the other reviews. They've said everything that I'm thinking.

I would give this place zero stars..My dad had just passed away and two weeks later my mom flooded the house all 2900sq ft of it.. We called butler to come out and do flood restoration and meet with chuck my mom's insurance adjuster (Allstate which is the worst insurance out there) the structural adjuster. Chuck said we couldn't do a flood cut because insurance wouldn't pay for it so butler agreed to dried it out which was a so so job.. my sister handle this and didn't get butler to do a water meter test but we should have cut the Sheetrock out. we ended up getting black mold because mold can develop in 1-2
Days if the weather is right which all house are. my mom's insurance paid butler about 9,897 we ended getting BLACK MOLD insurance doesn't pay for mold damages but what Ive learn is that's what insurance wants you to believe!!! If you believe this they are scott free to pay you nothing from that point!! Don't believe for a sec that this is true..I have learn a lot from my mother's situation. My mom has been out of her house for 5 months counting and it's cost us over 20,000 for this problem my insurance company should have done a flood cut!!!!!!! If you have a flood and insurance isn't paying you should Get a public adjuster on it or your Attonery. A public adjuster wouldn't get any money up front it will cost 10 percent of what they get from your insurance company for you which is more than you can get for yourself in most cases and never let a contractor negotiate your insurance claim because they will scam you out of your insurance money only a public adjuster or an attonery should be dealing with your insurance company. I learn a lot of hard lessons from this. My mom's insurance only paid her 5,000 but after the public adjuster and attonery got involved they paid us 50,000 that's a crazy big difference wouldn't you say!!! Yeah, don't let them bully you around.
1., insurance has to pay you because you didn't have mold until after the flood (don't believe their lies and they will try to bully you to believe this by telling you you do not have a mold policy.. they have to take care of you in good faith it's the law!!!
2.. if they are still a pain to deal with contact a public adjuster and they will deal with the insurance
3.. write and track everything and whatever the insurance adjuster tells you email them and confirm what they said example email them ""thank for meet me today on Thur July 8 at 12:30 you said that you will not pay me for the water damage because it has resulted in my house having mold in it furthermore, you are going to not give us living expense anymore."""" Be very detail in your email so you can have leverage because they could be sued for not having good faith in putting you back whole again. Insurance does this a lot so that's why attonery are calling it mold is gold because insurance has been slapped with tons of lawsuits that has resulted in millions of dollars given to the homeowner
4.. never and I mean never let a contractor negotiate your insurance because they are dipping their dirty little hands in it by taking your money under your nose. It's a huge scam that contractors are doing they know how much you get from your insurance because they have been talking to them the whole time. They take your money because they have helped you dealing with the insurance company. They take half of your insurance money or more while you could have used a public adjuster or an attorney for less. You can look up this type of scam on the internet. It's called contractors acting like public adjuster or can contractor negotiate my insurance claim. We also got scam in this nightmare of a process. Like I said I've learn a lot and what's the law on all this. I hope I helped someone with this post. Oh, one more thing if insurance doesn't pay you can go to the insurance commissioner office too. They will take care of your insurance company.. actually your insurance company will shit a ton of bricks when the insurance commissioner gets involved..another lesson I learn

Fantastic server and punctuality. They did what they said they would do and were very nice to work with. I have no complaints. They even went the extra mile and helped us with our insurance company. I would highly recommend their service. I used them down in Grand Prairie back in April. Justin was great to work with during the whole process. I could not be more pleased.
