The company's owner answered when I called. He was here within an hour, and in thirty minutes replaced two pipes under the kitchen sink. The new pipes don't leak and they take up less space. The charge for those 30 minutes and a few plastic pipes...was, and I did know this before he started, $394.67. What I didn't know is the job would only take 30 minutes and only plastic piping materials would be needed. It's my fault. I didn't get any other estimates...I only called Butler. Very pricey, but this particular job was well done and done quickly. I can't complain other than to say the company charges a lot.

Do not call them! Rudest company on the planet! They fixed my plumbing a few months ago and said it had a year warranty. I call again today, twice,because my plumbing is backed up again. They don't answer instead I get a call back from the craziest nastiest man giving me attitude! He said I called him a million times at 3am when I only called at 4 and 5 in the afternoon! He's crazy! Then he tells me never to call again! What about my warranty!? Customer BEWARE! They don't permanently fix issues! Just call back to be Assholes! Craziest thing ever

On Christmas Eve, my bathroom and tub are backed up. We called this company; they told us they couldn't find the out so they had to go through the roof. The service technicians that came out were friendly. For about an hour of work, we paid 377.00 to use the """"snake."""" We left out of town for holidays in less than 10 days our bathroom and toilet are backed up again. Water everywhere! I called the company the guy who answered refused to help. He said no matter what they would charge me to call the city. That because it was """"tree roots,"""" they do not guarantee the job. And that they must've grew back that quickly. My response: in five years we have one issue and now within 10days it grows right back?? Fast forward, I called the city, they come out put the camera. Mark where there is tree root blockage. It's on our side so there's nothing that can be done. But that the plumber should've gone in with the cutter and he just made a hole. I call the plumber back. NASTIER than ever, he yelled at me. He told me that how I'm I going to tell him how his plumber did his job and that I've called him twice. I explained first time was to tell the issue and the second was to explain what the city said as I detailed above. He continued to become ruder and ruder. Refused to come help unless I paid him again. Never use this company again! I hate giving terrible reviews; in fact check my history I rarely do. But poor customer service!!!!!!!

John came over to complete a job at a agreed upon price thru my Designer. He could not install the water filter due to the plumbing store ordered the wrong size. John told my wife and myself in my kitchen that when the new water filter comes in that he would come back to install it for NO CHARGE. I paid him in full the agreed upon price trusting that he would come back for no charge as he told us. We kept in touch with his office with updates on the backordered filter and Bonnie told us not to worry that he will reschedule John when the filter comes in. When it finally came in 3 weeks later, my wife called Bonnie and she said that there will be a charge to come over. My wife was furious!! She called me and I called Bonnie and she got John on the line, she said that nobody does anything for nothing today and nothing is free. Now I was furious... I could not believe the greed, arrogance and dishonesty! Renovation is stressful enough without having a plumber lie to you and have no recollection of the conversation. If you want an HONEST RESPECTABLE plumber DO NOT USE BUTLER PLUMBING. Disappointed in Parkland.

NO Stars!!!! THE VERY WORST that could be chosen. I was selling my house & at the inspection a leak was discovered somewhere in the slab foundation & the wood floors had *just been installed. My broker found a company that could, both, find out where the leak was & fix it with minimal intrusion to the flooring. The cost to locate the site of the leak was a flat fee of $456. They came, found the site of the leak & was given a price of $389 to jack- hammer. I was told the flooring & baseboard had to be removed before they would jack-hammer and after the jack hammering was complete they would give me the cost of remediation. I paid both fees. The area was cleared and they came to jack hammer at 8:30 am & my broker let them (2men) in. My broker left and they proceeded with the work. At 10am they called to say they had finished the work & my broker went back to review it. In 1.5hr they had hammered up the floor AND repaired the leak, ALL of which I had paid for ahead of time. I was then emailed a bill for $568. I thought they had made a mistake & not deducted the fee for jack hammering but NO it was in addition to that. I was charged $957. !!! for ONE and 1/2 hours !!! $957 = 1.5hr Are you SERIOUS ! On top of that, BONNIE threatened to put a mechanics lien on the property & I was closing 2 days later. HIGHWAY ROBBERY ! They are the MOST unethical - DEVIOUS company that one could ever find. Their response time was great but watch out they will ROB YOU BLIND !
