We've had Sean do several projects on our house and have ways been very satisfied with his work. He is there when he says he will be, his prices are very reasonable and his work is superb! He painted our house which has a lot of vinyl siding very well! He painted our fence and front and back porches. He fixed some issues in our shower. It's all been done with high quality workmanship and reliability. I highly recommend his business!

Well, as mentioned in my last review, Sean and he crew did such a great job painting a couple years back that we invited him back in to handle our kitchen remodel. Once again, we were very happy with this choice! Not only was his work impeccable, he helped me greatly with suggestions to improve without shoving his thoughts down my throat. I could tell him in general how I wanted to see things and, for example the lights, and then trust that they would figure out what looked best. When my Fridge cabinet came in and was too high (Big gap between the top of the fridge and the cabinet) he looked around our trim supply and came up with a solution immediately. You'd never know that the cabinet wasn't designed that way! He even freshened up the tile floors that I couldn't afford to replace at this time with new grout, not to mention saving me from making a horrible design choice with the paint. I shudder to think if he didn't speak up!
Anyway, thanks Sean, Joe and the rest of the gang!

Great job by this crew. Replaced our dry rot around our windows and did a fantastic job painting our house. Sean walked us through everything they were going to do and what they were doing each day. Great communication.

Sean started out reliable but has not followed through and finished the job that I paid him for. He assured me when I paid him that he would return later that week to finish up a few small items that were not yet complete. He has told me that someone is coming to take care of it ""tomorrow"" numerous times over the last three weeks. Yesterday after he again failed to finish as promised he told me that ""who cares"" I should just list it and someone will rent it even though it isn't finished. My apartment unit has been vacant now waiting for him and it has cost me $1,500 in lost rent. Now I have to pay another contractor to finish the job that I already paid Sean Butler for. If you're looking for honesty, communication, and follow through, look elsewhere.

Butler Construction painted the exterior of my house and did an amazing job. They completed the job in 3 days. Sean is professional, honest and fair. He pays attention to every detail. He even went on my roof to advise of its condition and next steps to take.

I wish I found Butler Construction when I purchased my house. I already have a list of things I will hire them to redo or fix (due to shoddy work of others). Definitely will reach out to them for new jobs.

Sean is great to work with! Dependable and trustworthy. Came on time everyday during our kitchen remodel, was upfront about pricing and what needed to be done. Also made some awesome recommendations like stucco for the fireplace, new pantry door and pendant lighting for our kitchen. So Sean Butler isTHE most amazing painter I have experienced in my lifetime. We just bought a home built in 1958 so you have to know that he and his associate Joe had to really be talented to make it look right. I am not exaggerating...there is not a day that I don't wake up without admiring and being so grateful for the beautiful job they did. They aren't just painters..they are artists!!! He is definitely a do over for me. Plus...you get a friendly and very approachable, punctual and quick yet precise workmanship. He's honest, hardworking and professional.
