Butin's Plumbing was here this morning to replace a cracked cast iron pipe in the bathroom sink drain. They are the preferred plumber for my Condo Association and my first time using them. John came over Sunday morning and took a look at my water heater that wasn't heating water any longer. He figured out the problem very quickly. He said he would have to see if the part was still under warranty and then order it. Later that night, he called and said he could install the part the next morning! While fixing it, he found out another part was bad and fixed that as well. (Under warranty too!). The service was definitely speedy, he is very knowledgable, and the customer service was great! I would highly recommend Butin's Plumbing to anyone.

I highly recommend Butin's Plumbing! I have called on their service on more than one occasion, most times in a panic due to a pipe busting or a request from the gas company to get something fixed. Each and every time Butin's Plumbing has been quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable and fair in their recommendations. This is certainly helpful for someone like me who likes to be informed and educated about the process especially if it involves the safety of family (i.e. a gas leak). Time and time again, Butin's Plumbing has come to our rescue and offered a fair and tangible solution to our requests. I have been highly impressed with their level of skill and service.

After reading the good reviews on Yelp, I contacted them to have a couple of things done at the house. I wanted to support the local businesses as well. I called a couple of times and left messages for a callback, but I never got a response. I finally got a hold of them on my last try, but I wasn't pleased that I had to chase them down. But sometimes things happen, so I decided give them the benefit of the doubt and booked an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I waited an hour past the appointment time, so I called to inquire. They then advise me they had called a couple of days before and left me a message that they had to reschedule due to an emergency call. Obviously I never received that call or the message. It would've been nice if they followed up to ensure the customer received the message. I was very disappointed in their poor customer service and cancelled their service.

i have been using john butin at butin's plumbing for a long, long while now. he is the ONLY plumber i allow in my house. he is amazing; he is trustworthy, honest and reasonably-priced. as a realtor, i feel confident in referring him to ALL my clients, and i always get great feedback. i will stick with butin's plumbing for all of my plumbing needs! thanks for doing such a great job, john.

Have been using John Butin as our plumber for years now. He is honest and always does a great job at a fair price. I trust his work so much he takes care of my brothers plumbing problems and my parents as well.......And nobody would tell their parents to use someone that was not good, would they.
