Butch came to fix two toilets in my home that needed to be replaced, including a broken flange. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. He was extremely nice and personable and was willing to answer questions from an amateur DIYer. He also took time after the job to answer a few other questions related to my HVAC system and another potential plumbing issue. Price was very reasonable and I will for sure be contacting him again for future work. Highly recommended.

My family has been using Butch's for nearly 25 years. Sadly, the quality of their service has deteriorated since 2008. Doubts about their expertise and quality of work were raised by a contractor who renovated several of our rooms.
My father was an electrician, and he had a great deal of respect for Butch Sr., but I doubt he'd feel the same way about Butchie Jr. and his team.
Save your money and look elsewhere. There are more knowledgeable and trustworthy companies in Chester County.

I have been impressed with Butch and his team. He clearly knows his trade and is conscientious about punctuality, friendliness, and cost effectiveness. Rather than trying to upsell me at every turn he has taken a very cost conscious approach that stays within my budget. We will be using him to add radiant heating to our bedroom as well.
