We've been using Busy Bee for a couple of years now, and we are members of their BeeHive Club. We have had nothing but GREAT service. Everyone is professional, yet personable and are all always happy.

Call Busy Bee on Friday because a Bonus Room AC unit not cooling the way it should. The woman who answered my call was very courteous and told me she would get me scheduled for the first appointment available. That was to be today around 4 pm. The Technician called me around noon and said he was on his way.
Cody did a great job at troubleshooting and fixing the problem. Due to him being so personable and giving great customer service, I decided to put both of my AC units under a maintenance plan.
I will be recommending Busy Bee and Cody to all of my friends.

It's hard to find a bad review about these guys, but I guess we'll be an exception. Busy Bee quoted us a whopping $800-2,200 for a basic toilet flange repair. It seemed like they just wanted to collect their $89 dispatch fee and quickly move onto the next suckers. For reference, other quotes we got afterwards were in the reasonable $200-400 range. We obviously went with someone else, but unfortunately, Busy Bee has lost all of our respect.

Hired this company and paid upfront for the yearly services. After waiting several months for a call to schedule my winter service I decided to call the company. To be told oh yes, you did pay for the yearly plan. Would you like to schedule a service? Yes, I have been waiting for you to call me to set up the winter service. The gentlemen show up without a mask. When I asked was he vaccinated he said no. That's fine if you don't want to take the vaccine. But if you are entering clients' homes you should be courteous enough to put on a mask or at least have a mask available if asked if you have been vaccinated. Those words mean you need to mask up before entering the premises. Companies should provide services techs, maks that elect not to be vaccinated.
To the unvaccinated, if you are entering someone's home to do service work and you have not been vaccinated wear a mask out of respect for that person and their home. I would have given them five stars, the gentlemen did a great job. He put on the mask I gave him and wore it the whole time properly, thanks.

We just moved into our home and the water heater went out, the pilot light won't stay lit. We tried a few things we had seen on YouTube and it worked for a couple of days but the light kept going out or wouldn't lit at all.

We finally decided to turn to a professional and based on reviews we read and word of mouth recommendations, we reached out to Busy Bee.

First, they tell us that they will come between 12-2 on a Thursday. My boyfriend and I both work but we made arrangements for a family member to be home at that. At 7:45am on Thursday we get a phone call that they had a cancellation and will be there at 8am. We scramble to get someone to the house to be there, then after two hours the guy they send tells us he doesn't have the part handy and will get it and return tomorrow.

Thankfully, I had that Friday off so it wasn't a problem. He shows up two and a half hours late due to a precious call running longer than anticipated. That's fine, things happen, and I'm just spending the day cleaning and unpacking. After he replaces the part that he thinks is the problem, the water heater still doesn't work. After a while of him messing around with things and making a long phone call to their tech support, it turns out that tech support misdiagnosed the problem. At this point it's almost 5:30pm and the store that sells the part has closed for the day.

The guy tells me he will get the part in the morning and be back to fix it. He won't charge me for the work he did that day but he does have to charge me a dispatch fee. After he's already charged my boyfriend a dispatch fee for the day before as well. So now we're out $160 and still don't have hot water.

Saturday morning rolls around and he never showed up or called. I had told him that we would be home for a while but we had errands to run in the afternoon. It is now Monday afternoon and we still haven't heard a thing from Busy Bee and still have no hot water. To say we are displeased and frustrated is an understatement. I wouldn't recommend this company unless you like being screwed out of your money and not having anything fixed.

This company has earned a lifetime customer! I have had an ongoing issue and paid more money than I care to mention trying to diagnose and solve the problem. Gary and his assistant came out right away and the problem is solved! He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. I am looking forward to doing business with this company again!! Very professional and outstanding service!! I highly recommend!!

Well I was looking for a plumbing company for outdoor work I needed. This one seem to get good reviews so I called them and booked an appointment. The young girl that took the appointment seems to have messed it up and put 9 PM instead of 9 AM so no one showed up. She called and said that they would be coming between 2 PM and 4 PM instead.I called at 4 PM since no one has shown up and she said they were on another call she would find out their estimated time they will get to me. I never heard from her. I can't say that I would recommend them since no one ever showed up

I have had a few odd problems in a complete new system Installed over a year ago. I am impressed with Busy Bees attitude and service. Problems tend to happen and Its how a company responds to them that shows what they are really made of. Every interaction with them has been a positive experience. Never did I hear a hint of weaseling, even with some odd questionable symptoms.
