Nate came out to unclogged the bathroom shower and it's still the same. I paid $145 for nothing. He said he would come back out for another $145. Wow! I would have been better off renting a snake at Home Depot for $50 and do it myself. So please beware of hiring them. Really disappointed!

I was referred to Mr. Owens by a friend and I am so glad. He and Nate were very professional and explained my options for my sewer line repair. He checked exactly where the line went which no one else had done. I was very impressed with his thorough evaluation. He replaced the line and it was cleared by the inspector. I had a leaky kitchen sink faucet recently that a friend tried to fix. As what usually happens, the friend was unable to stop the leak and I ended up with a leaking cold water line. Brothers plumbing outlet referred me to Busy Bee plumbing. Busy Bee plumbing came out within a couple of days, and fixed the problem immediately, and their prices are very reasonable. Was looking for a plumber a few years ago to change out my water hose bib on my house. Harold picked up the phone and was there with a couple hours. The job was done with 30 min.
Also used him for a major job on my other house. Had a major leak under the house at the kitchen sink. I had gotten two other estimates from Bonney Plumbing & Bell Bros. Wow.... they wanted so much $$$$. Called Harold out and he did it for less than 1/2 the price the other companies wanted to charge. Had the job done in 2-3 days where the other companies said a week.
He sat with me for 3 hrs and waited for the inspector to sign off on the job.
Just a couple days had him back out to fix the hot water on my bath sink, installed a bidet, changed out new kitchen faucet hardware, fixed a leak in the shower. He & Nate were there approx 3.5 hrs. There work is awesome and there rates are reasonable.

Harold is wonderful! Hire him! Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgable, reasonable rates, and does great work. He showed up to work on my sink when I was all frazzled and in the middle of a work meeting (working from home) and he just got the work done in spite of my being unavailable to answer questions, and he was able to do even more than I had expected in terms of fixing my washing machine that was acting weird on top of installing a food disposal. He will be my go-to plumber from now on.
