Can't stand contractors here in augusta. Needed to have some faucets changed out so called busy bee. They seemed helpful and sent a guy out right away for an estimate. He seemed knowledgeable but then said it was $55 for having him out but that he would go and have my estimate emailed to me that day and that he would call to make sure I got it. After a couple days I had to call to find out where the estimate was. They called me back and said they would have it to me by that afternoon after the weekend on monday. Monday came and I had to call and was told the guy who came was sick. Tuesday I called agian, mostly cause we payed $55 dollars, and asked for my money back as I had never even gotten the estimate. The owner got flustered and by the end of the day I was emailed a quote a week after they had come. So I went to call them to set it up. It was extremely expensive and then in talking to the owner what he was quoting us on was wrong like he never talked to the guy who came to our home.
