I've been meaning to write this review for a while, it's overdue! Buss is an excellent company who genuinely cares about their customers, they are truly a find.

Matt has been so helpful in addressing several heating and plumbing issues over the past few months, including a new furnace installation and repairing a shower diverter valve; both complicated and urgent jobs. He is incredibly responsive and returns calls quickly, and takes the time to explain the issues at hand so you understand what's going on. He is an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy problem-solver, and is great to work with. It's refreshing to see his level of detail and knowledge.

I would highly recommend Buss to anyone!

Unexpected boiler issue, call Buss and Matt was able to come by early and unit needed a bit of work and it was not an issue, Matt had the majority of items in his truck, got everything up and running like new!

I had contacted three larger companies over several months for bids on a new furnace but just didn't feel right about any of them. Then my old furnace stopped working and I decided to get one more bid.

I thank my lucky stars that I called Matt, he was able to be at my house within an hour and we discussed new furnace options. In addition, he quickly fixed a leaky tub in less than ten minutes that had caused water damage on the ceiling below that I dreaded addressing because I thought it would cost me hundreds of dollars to repair!

Matt installed a new furnace a week later. He is hardworking, respectful and extremely capable. I found he and his staff an absolute pleasure to work with. Will definitely be calling him for future projects.

Science needs to clone Matt---but now that I think of it, given his quick response time, they may already have!

I had been out of town and returned to find my AC not working. It was a Saturday and sweltering so I called a left a message after noticing that they had Saturday hours. Matt returned my call within a few minutes (I had interrupted his lunch) and was at the house within another 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and then fixed the problem. He explained the problem and the repair in detail before providing me with a very reasonable bill. They would be my first choice to call again for my AC/Heating/Plumbing problems.

Called after our furnace started blowing cold air. We tried everything we could think of. I called a couple places and Matt called back in less than an hour and was here in fifteen minutes. We're now all set and I will definitely use him again if we have other issues.

So glad Matt was the only one to call me back after hours on a Tuesday night. After my heat just abruptly stopped working in mid-December with my husband at work, I went into panic mode and started calling local small businesses on Yelp. I left a handful of messages for different companies and Matt called me back almost immediately.
He was so nice on the phone and offered to come out right away for an emergency visit or I could wait til the next day for a scheduled visit. He gave me prices for both and even gave me estimates based on what I may need.
Within an hour from my original call, he was at my door to help! When diagnosing the problem he was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. My heat is now fixed and at a reasonable price. I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience and will definitely be using Buss in the future!

excellent service - Needed my forced hot water system serviced since I suddenly had no heat throughout my first floor although the heat was fine on my second floor. Not quite sure what was wrong, but we had a few guesses. Called Buss Plumbing and he arrived later that afternoon. Diagnosed the problem, confirmed the guess we'd made and explained a little about how my system works. I had problems with my heating system last week and was lucky to get Matt to not only answer the phone but come check out my house on the same day. In a short amount of time he diagnosed and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Buss and will definitely use them again.
