I would like to start off by denoting my sincerest appreciation for Buso Remodeling's generosity, empathy, and just over all caring and consideration of all his customers backgrounds of all kinds. From the unknowledgeable, to the low income like myself on supplemental income. Vedad the owner of this company is a hard devoted worker for his community and beyond. He does not just see us a customer and a wallet , but as people with different barriers that life brings us. He is understanding, and very knowledgeable. He is kind, sweet, patient to demonstrate with the answers with explanation to follow. Not many people like my self have the support system with extending family to be there to help. Especially with big unexpected financial circumstances like maintenance and work needed to a house to make it a safe and accommodating home. Buso was able to help with that void in all sorts of ways.

Warning stay away from this contractor his quality of work is below standard. If you have any underlying damage he refuses to fix according to code and will try to cover new materials over damaged floor boards and sheet rock. He uses low quality materials . I had to fire him due to poor workmanship and lost 22,000.00 . I will have to hire a legitimate company that actually has business license and carries liability insurance. The guy is a crook, liar and a cheat. I would not let him build me a dog house.

This has been a long time coming, and I am not one to put a business on blast but it's time. We had the worse work done by Buso Remodeling out of Clay. My family and I put our trust in a person that claimed that he knew what he was doing and absolutely did not. It has been an on going process that took a month for this company to completely destroy my home. This man claimed he was one of the best contractors and said he knew it all and how to do it all. The very simple projects in my home turned into an absolute disaster. He left two jobs completely unfinished on top of completely ruining the integrity of my home and the structure of my floors. What contractor doesn't know that you can't cut out main support beams in the floor without having something to replace them or insure that the floor is still stable underneath. Well this guy didn't and completely made my home unsafe not only for me and Austin, but for my three year old, to live in. Once this was all brought to our attention by the code enforcer, he was shut down to no longer work in my home until he had the proper plans to fix all his mistakes, and by mistakes I mean dozens of different code violations in the floor alone that's not even including the other room he started and NEVER finished. This was the final straw for us. We met with the owner and tried to come up with a plan to make this right and go the best way with fixing the mistake that he had made, we were trying to be as fair as possible and come to a conclusion. It was very apparent that we needed to hire someone else to come in and make it right because this contractor could not come up with a plan to fix his work. Even after coming up with the decision to hire someone else and talking to him he said he wanted to be fair and civil and there were no hard feelings and he would come up with a price to return back to us to fix his ungodly damage. After a week of waiting he sent us an email starting that he was not going to return even a fraction of our money but instead take the 15,500.00 deposit we paid him and completely ran. Who does this when you've ruined someone's home. Well Buso Remodeling does, so beware of this scam artist, who says he's a contractor. He ruins your home, takes your money and runs. He has done this to multiple home owners in our area and continues to do business. Something needs to be done. This was not supposed to be this complicated, take this long, or cost this much money. It has burdened my family to a high degree and we just want justice.

He dose not finish the job they started and at the price the price was1200 for the tiling the grout lines are out of line in many places grout not finished had to hire a new person to install bath fan also charged me 400 to do a duct in my basement he bought the flex duct and the connecter but never did the install he may be spent 40 to 50 in the stuff I asked for a refund because he did not do the install he gave me 51.84 back.that to me was a slap in the face I am a single dad of 3 I felt like I was taken advantage of DO NOT RECOMMEND
