Bushi plumbing company did an excellent job! Renato and his team are very professional. Work was done quickly and neatly. The service charge was a bit over my budget but I am glad to see the wonderful job!! They know what they are doing. I will recommend this company 100%.

Bushi saved the day! Renato was able came by within hours of call and responded to text quickly. He came in to inspect a potential water leak problem free of charge. A technician from a larger HVAC/plumbing company came in earlier that day and couldn't figure our the issue. Renato was able to spot the problem! I'm grateful that he was able to make time to visit free of charge in his busy schedule. He was very thorough during the inspection, and you can tell he is very experienced.

We figured out it wasn't a plumbing or HVAC issue in the end, but he still gave me very honest and helpful advice. I will definitely call him in the future for any other fixes.

Renato is the only plumber we will call going forward. Fair prices and quality work. Our house was built in late 1800s and still had a lot of original piping. A month ago, we called to have a tee replaced at our water main as it was extremely rusted and leaking- Renato/team came out and repaired same day. They also installed a new p trap on our AC air handler that was jerry rigged by the installer years ago.

Last week we had an emergency, the original clean out in the basement completed rusted off and the main sewer drain was open in the basement, but not flooding. Renato/team came out same day and exposed the running trap. It was a MESS with holes throughout. Medium job turned into a large job very quickly. The team came back the next day and jackhammered our basement floor to expose the entire drain underneath. They also replaced the stack in the basement up to the first floor, and removed the old soapstone sink/lead pipes and replaced with pvc. We are very impressed with Renato and his team. They were very respectful in our home and we will 100% hire them again (but hopefully not soon, haha).

We were quoted a rate but the job was not done accordingly. We were still charged the quoted amount although the material that was supposedly the main cost was never used. They also demanded that we zelle them the money without giving out an invoice, telling us that invoice would come after we paid. It is our fault that we paid, we should have waited for the invoice which never came. This business cannot be trusted.

Renato to the rescue! We got new appliances delivered and asked Renato to come look at the job and give us a quote. We were not expecting to pay what he quoted us so we sent him away to look for someone to do it for less. Come to find out that his quote was reasonable and we called him back thinking he'll probably tell us to eff off at this point.

But he didn't! He graciously accepted our apology and fit us into his schedule very quickly. He and his crew did a great job installing everything, and went above and beyond to make sure it was done right.

We have an older gas furnace which had an issue. The furnace guy we used moved and I hit up Yelp, (I use Yelp more than Google which tends to have bias), and found Renato.

Renato was not the first person I talked with and I have found it very hard to find heating folks who do not immediately up sell, over charge, or instantly recommend a complete overhaul.

Renato came out to our home to look at an issue with our furnace. He was prompt and did a through review, no up sell, no over charge. That's all I really want ...

Ronaldo and Tony were extremely helpful. They answered the phone when I called at 4PM. They were at my house fixing a wobbly toilet that's been bugging me for years. They figured out the problem immediately, found a creative way to secure the flange without the normal plywood underneath it, and charged a very reasonable amount. They were professional, careful not to damage my home while they were there, and they even cleaned up the bathroom after their work. They could not have been more efficient, caring, and cost effective. I would highly recommend this company!

I'd give this company 10/5 stars! I highly recommend this company! They are fast, reliable, professional and an excellent plumping company. This past weekend, New England had extreme cold Below 0 degrees for 2 days. This caused our water pipe to freeze and burst and the fire department came to shut off our water. we had to repair our pipe and we called so many plumping companies and they ended up being already booked out several days into the week because other multiple homes had pipes bursting and other pipe/plumbing issues from the extreme cold as well. My boyfriend and i were stressed because we had no water for over 24 hrs and every plumbing company we called were booked for the day and several days out of the week. no one had availability to repair our broken pipe until I called Bushi Plumbing. they were able to come to my home the same day and fixed our broken pipe. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They had all the tools and equipment to fix our pipe. Everything is fixed now and we finally have water! I am very grateful for this company and for them being able to help us on our pipe issue!
