They came over to my disabled parents house and charged them 850.00 to unclog a kitchen sink! Wasn't there 30 minutes then left the ladder they borrowed from us laying out in the yard. My dad can't even walk....talk about taking advantage of disabled senior citizens....I'd give negative stars if I could.

Wow! What a great plumbing experience. From the time I called in, to the time Gavin Ruano finished the job for our building, it all went very smoothly, and everyone was honest and friendly. Turnaround was less than 24 hrs. If only your company were in Dallas!!!

I will add you guys to my GO-TO list next time there is a plumbing issue in Kosse.

My hot water heater went out and just on a whim I called Busby's. Boy am I glad i did. If you want a professional, very thourough, and reponsive plumber call Busby's Plumbing and ask for Brandon. Brandon was amazing. Not only did he fix my issue but he did it in a very timely manner. You will NOT be disappointed.

I was highly disappointed with the business practices of this company. I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life! I had a technician come to the house simply to reseat three toilets after I had new flooring installed. I will say the technician did show up on time and did do the work to my satisfaction, however, here is the problem I had. I was quoted over $1500 to reseat the three toilets, replace the water hose line (although I'm not sure that they needed replacing) and replace the fill valve and flapper. I had purchased the fill valve and flapper as I was going to do that myself, I just thought since he was there I would have him do it. That is all that needed done. I could not believe the price and when I said that was too much and asked him just to give me a price on seating the toilets only all of a sudden the price was $694.00. How does that go down by half? I was in a place where I had to have him do the job but will never use them again!

I'm new here in Teague and called Busby's to come over and fix a little leaking PVC pipe in my garage that feeds my washing machine. I was told there would be a $125.00 fee just to come out but it would be waved "IF" they did the job. After just 5 minutes the plumber tells me the job is over $800.00 !!!
I couldn't have been more shocked! I have never been quoted a more inflated price in my nearly 40 years as a home owner let alone charged for an estimate and ive lived in many states! I guess they don't really want to work, so they drive around collecting fees for over priced estimates all day and that's their business!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT'S A RIP OFF!

Investigated all issues to determine proper needs and plans. Good explanation of work done and cost incurred. Came out day appointed and returned second day as promised. Will use again,when needed. A little expensive but I do live in the boon docks. Good company.

I bought a mobile home pretty far out of town and needed a water heater replaced soon after. Dana was polite and professional on the phone and had his crew out within a few days. They were also polite, professional and did an excellent job. I'm a retired pipefitter so I know quality pipe work when I see it. They also used a ball valve to provide isolation if I ever need another tank installed. that's something a lot of plumbers wouldn't think to include.

They initially came through to fix a gas line leak at my parents house the line was not inside the home it was an easy fix the part was $86 took them less about 2 hours to fix it was one guy initially doing the work and then at the last party at three guys that came through but they were not doing the work and the bill came out to over $800 I've had some experience as a journeyman and from my experience that's an overcharged I know some plumbers charge you and then you should come out fee of ranging from $150 to $250 but less than an hour's worth of work to replace a line that is not costly as far as the equipment that was an overcharged and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I understand people have to make a dollar but please you can't tell me what my experience that was worth that much money it's an overcharge and I'm sure that they looked at the individuals as within the means to cover the cost and to me that's poor service bad judgment bad business
