A true professional. Smart, prompt and very thorough. Our go-to guy when there is an issue with our pipes.

Busbee's plumber and assistant were respectful professionals. If you want honest work done the right way, these are the people to call. We just bought an older house that has/had older plumbing. Within days of setting up an install of a new tankless water heater, we had our kitchen sink start to back up on us. Fortunately, John was already going to be doing the install so he checked on the sink as well. Turns out, our pipes had gunk blocking the opening not just by the sink, but much further back along the line as well. Long story short, our house has all new plumbing under half of it and we know it was done properly. Also, they cleaned up after themselves, which I greatly appreciate! 5-out-of-5 recommend hands-down.

We had a leak we couldn't find. Our water bill was double the usual amount. We called John & he was here within the hour. It took a bit, but he found the leak, repaired it in a timely manner even though it was pouring rain. We paid the original quoted price . He is an awesome business, considerate & honest. He's our go to plumber now. Thanks, John !!!

John has serviced our plumbing issues for several years. Cleaning tankless water heaters, installing new garbage disposal and my water filters and changes some plumbing to add a new location for a washer and dryer, etc. We love working with him.

My Review for Busbee's Plumbing & Services This is a fantastic company. This is my story. It is a long review, but I think it is worth reading. If you don't want to read the whole story, here is the bottom line. BPS is a professional company, honest, and a straight shooter. If you need a plumber, BPS should be your first choice. I know they are now my first choice. Hands down, BPS is the best I have ever dealt with. I suggest you try them. You won't be sorry. I guarantee it. It was a Saturday. We desperately needed a plumber to get the hot water running for the Monday morning mad dash getting ready for work and school. We had just had a tankless hot water heater installed and it wasn't cooking hot water. My wife googled plumbers and found BPS which did not charge extra for weekend work. Didn't know the company, but decided to give them a shot; better lucky than good. John Busbee said he could be there Saturday afternoon. Wow, what a relief, and he actually got the hot water working. He is a certified tankless water heater installer and also checked out our entire system. It was not good news. The heater we purchased was not the best, and as for the installer, it must have been the first one he had ever installed. As John said"""" it is perfectly wrong"""". He couldn't finish the work completely until Monday or Tuesday because we asked him to purchase a more capable heater. Things were looking brighter. Well, Saturday night, the hot water stopped flowing. My wife texted Mr. Busbee at 10:00 pm and asked if there was anything we could do. He opened our text at 3:20 am Sunday morning. He arrived at the house at 8:30 am. He found a piece of glue had come off and blocked the water line. Now we had hot water again. He said he would return Monday afternoon. John showed up Monday at 12:15 pm with a new water heater and supplies necessary for installation. He and Tony (his associate) left at 3:55pm. I confirmed what I owed him for the work and asked what I owed him for the Sunday service call. He said it was part of the job and I didn't owe him anymore. I insisted I pay for the extra work. Again, he said I did not have to do that. John Busbee is a hard-working, honest, businessman, one you can trust to do the job right the first time.

We had a major plumbing leak, which was of course discovered late on a Friday afternoon. We called Busbee's Plumbing and they arrived within an hour and made the repair with quality materials and a professional attitude. We will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

I believe Yelp was invented specifically so that I could offer reviews like these as cautionary tales. Following are the experiences I've experienced with Busbee. Charge for camera down a sewer pipe: $600. Once the problem was identified (a collapsed """"Orangeburg"""" sewer pipe), Busbee first quoted me $15,000 to fix, not including rebuilding the interior. Then he called back a couple weeks later and adjusted the price closer to $20,000, telling me that he'd have to demolish the bathroom to get to the pipe. He also told me that my HVAC units were all very old and would need to be replaced. (they are less than a year old - straight up lie) See, I know he thinks that because I live so far away that I don't know a thing about my apartment complex. I knew far more than I let on, but I just let him continue to lie. Outcome: I hired our local maintenance guy and two workers to replace the bad pipe over 5 days. They located the pipe, cut into the slab, pumped out the raw sewage, removed the collapsed section of pipe, replaced it, filled in the cavernous space with dirt, patched up the slab with concrete, and laid flooring. Total cost, including materials and hotel accommodations for my crew: $3,500. You done messed up, Busbee.

Great, fast and friendly service. John even let me call/text to make sure I was buying the right sink for install. Reasonable price too! He could have charged a lot more by trying to fix an already problematic faucet, but recommended the less expensive option.
