Stu has worked in my home several times.
He is regularly on time, his work is excellent, and his prices are fair.

Stu makes it a point to communicate thoroughly about the work he recommends and there are never any surprises with price.

He is hard working and provides quality solutions, parts, materials, and components. I highly recommend him for water and gas work. He has never had to make a return trip for any work he has done.

Came out to diagnose an issue and did not tell me ahead of time there would be a $50 fee. I do not appreciate surprise fees...should have told me on the phone when I booked the appointment.

Another local plumber I've used did not charge a fee to show up, look around for 10 minutes, and not do any work... it's called building goodwill for future business. He will be the plumber who gets my business when it's time to get work done.

I can't speak to the quality of work, but this kind of surprise fee tactic makes me reticent about hiring Bury brothers in the future.

Stu is the best plumber that I have met. He is the only person that I trust to take care of my plumbing needs at my house which is very old (meaning it needs alot of work). He takes care of everything that needs to be done and he does not try to rip you off with the price of his service. Believe you me, there are alot of people out there that when they see that you have an older home that will try to tell you that everything needs to be replaced right now or else you will have a big problem. Stu is very honest and would not do that.
