Absolutely phenomenal customer service and response time. Friendly, professional technicians. We have had a contract with Burt's for decades. This morning we had an issue and a technician was here within 15 minutes. I thought I'd lose another day of work waiting around and I was just behind words happy to see that truck pull up in front of my house. And it's a familiar face - Joel. To me when a company retains regular employees, it's a sign of a great business. I'd recommend them to everybody! BTW for some reason my review name is coming up in CA. I am a homeowner in Riverhead NY.

Burt's recently put AC into our home. I am absolutely blown away by the customer service we received. From Carl who initially visited our home, to Penny who took our calls, to the project manager, Jose, who truly went above and beyond for us, we felt completely secure and were kept abreast of everything that was happening minute to minute.

The finished work was so great - I couldn't recommend them highly enough! And if you're lucky, Jose will oversee your install too!

Heat system stopped working overnight. A technician was at the house within the hour from my call to customer service. The technician couldn't be more of a professional as well as one of the nicest people you could meet. I highly highly recommend them.

I am Yelp review novice, rarely do I have time to write a review, but I have been a customer of Burt's now for almost two years and it is worth taking this time to share how impressed I am with their service.

It is even better than it was, (which was pretty good!). They are remarkably professional in their service and care. I use them for fuel oil delivery and heating, and cooling maintenance and they really are loyal, committed, talented and technically at the top of their game. I am reluctant to sing Jose and Edwin's praises too loudly for fear that they'll become so busy I never see them, but the two of them are superb, really committed to their work, and deserve the highest praise.

Before enlisting their help I did a lot of research into heating services in this area, and they tied with another, but am so glad I placed my cards with them, well worth the gamble, they're terrific.

My faucet hot water ran scaulding HOT, could not put your hand under the faucet. It took Burt's Reliable (aka Burt's Unreliable) 4 different times with 4 appointments to lower the hot water temp. Poor service!

This is not about Burt's wonderful customer service and efficient maintenance of my AC and heat systems.
Rather it is about Jason, crackerjack Burt's technician and now cat sleuth who in two minutes figured my missing cat had quite possibly jumped into my absent neighbor's basement through a broken window.
Indeed there Benny was, crying from the basement floor below, unable to escape via the high window through which he'd entered, his once-white coat a darker shade of basement gray.

First of all I called this company to ask for verification of all the payments I made out of my personal banking account and they actually called another family member to tell her I was inquiring about my payments. I knew this place was overpriced but my elderly mother I law was duped into using them. Every time their was an issue it seemed she was billed for something. I say do your research, when a company calls other family members about your finances it's beyond unprofessional. There is a reason this company has been rated so low every time. Go elsewhere
