The trailer we live in is quite dated, and it serves our needs. Kevin dropped what he was doing for the weekend, came over late in the evening and fixed our shower in no time. Water was gushing from the back of the tub. His professionalism and reasonable pricing impressed us.

We contacted him again regarding a problem beneath the sink, he and his staff truly know their work, they completed the repair in no time. Our house feels comfortable once more. I will always save his contact information, though I hope we won't need his services again soon - but it's a great piece of mind knowing they are there for us.

I experienced a troublesome situation with Burton Repair. The previous owner sold the business to a family member in the midst of the repair of my home post a fire.

The team charged me for replacing support beams under my home, but they coated them with a protective spray. My storage shed they invoiced to move and return is about to collapse. The crew placed a wooden beam in the ground and nailed a block on the back wall to prevent it from collapsing.

Access for my heating unit cannot be opened. A technician had to come out because the gas connection for my hot water heater was damaged and was unable to access the door. My porch is slanted into my home currently. Following the workers invoiced me for a full day of work, they truly only spent time on the porch for a short time.

Water froze here last winter every time it got below the freezing point. As soon as I called them, the representative suggested me to utilize a blow dryer. Both the electrical outlets they fixed failed. I feel they are extremely untrustworthy.

I found this plumbing company to be quite expensive relative to the quality of work. The job took longer than expected as their team worked just a few hours per day. I noticed there was no documentation about the materials they brought in. It became obvious they used leftover materials from other projects.

After investing nearly $10,000 for leveling work, our trailer is still not level. They refuse to return. They like to portray themselves as the only game in town but deny it. I share the same sentiment as Stormy H.'s feedback that they lack integrity. I suggest you do not hire them! You will discover more reliable contractors that can complete the same tasks for less and who genuinely care.
