I believe I left a review yesterday, but will repeat it here. Mr. Justice arrived promptly, effectively addressed my two questions, performed the service efficiently, and did a great job. We are totally satisfied with the work done.

I had a main line that was plugged. Before they even came out I told them it was 85 to 90 feet down the line where the plug was at. So he brought out a 75 foot snake. Obviously that wasn't gonna clean the plug. So he tried and about half an hour later told me he couldn't unplug it. What do you know. Then he went to give me a option of two different ways to clean it. One was $500 and the other one was $900 or just slightly under. I told them it plugs 85 to 90 feet down the line. Why would you bring out a 75 foot snake. Probably just to upsell me on something else. It was a waste of my time and it was a waste of theirs also.

I've called them a few times to help me with different plumbing issues. They are the most honest and affordable plumbing company I have encountered, and I've called quite a few (I have 3 young, mischievous kids)! Highly recommend!

Dave Fults was awesome!! I had a warranty on my toilet tank parts and he fixed it and had a great attitude!! Having a great attitude is something you don't see much! Will definitely use them again!!

Dave is highly technically proficient and patient with questions.
He had an apprentice with him and I greatly appreciate how he treated the apprentice, both as a young professional and as a ""student"".
Will call Burtech (and ask for Dave as the technician) for both our home and rental property.

I'm a realtor and have gone through many plumbing companies feeling disappointed and over charged. I could not in good conscience ever recommend a decent plumber to my clients. I can safely say now I can with Burtech. They are very knowledgeable, fair and honest. Dave was excellent! He left the job site very tidy and cut holes in my tile very minimally for our contractor to patch up; which is very unusual for most plumbers. I would easily recommend these guys (especially Dave!!) to anyone looking for a good plumbing company.

Requested a toilet removed and swapped out with a new one. Replied quickly to my yelp job with an upfront estimate that was very reasonably priced. Appointment was fast and easy to coordinate. Plumber arrived on time, was professional, and courteous. Work was done in a high-quality manner, and no mess was left. Very happy overall and will be using these guys again.

Josh did well overall on the visit. We had low flow in our kitchen faucet. He was honest about what the problem was, and thorough in his work. Once he concluded that the cause of our blockage was in the faucet and not the line, he suggested that I just do it to save money as it's fairly simple (I did it a few years ago). I just replaced it yesterday and it works great now, so he was right.

He also suggested replacing the gate valves with 90 degree valves. They were really corroded so I agreed to it. He did a great job despite having to deal with some difficulties cutting the old ones off.

Only issue was that when he disconnected the faucet from the water lines to test the pressure, the main line for the house was initially off but when he turned it on briefly to test the pressure the lines spewed water all over our kitchen floor and sink cabinet; made a bit of a mess. Perhaps in a future request a little more diligence in containing the water when testing the line's pressure.

Josh was excellent! He was able to come within 1 hour of requesting service.
Initially, there was one problem he came to fix and it turned out multiple thing needed to be done. He handled it like a pro and was able to keep the costs down. Highly recommend
