I'm a realtor and have gone through many plumbing companies feeling disappointed and over charged. I could not in good conscience ever recommend a decent plumber to my clients. I can safely say now I can with Burtech. They are very knowledgeable, fair and honest. Dave was excellent! He left the job site very tidy and cut holes in my tile very minimally for our contractor to patch up; which is very unusual for most plumbers. I would easily recommend these guys (especially Dave!!) to anyone looking for a good plumbing company.

Requested a toilet removed and swapped out with a new one. Replied quickly to my yelp job with an upfront estimate that was very reasonably priced. Appointment was fast and easy to coordinate. Plumber arrived on time, was professional, and courteous. Work was done in a high-quality manner, and no mess was left. Very happy overall and will be using these guys again.

Josh did well overall on the visit. We had low flow in our kitchen faucet. He was honest about what the problem was, and thorough in his work. Once he concluded that the cause of our blockage was in the faucet and not the line, he suggested that I just do it to save money as it's fairly simple (I did it a few years ago). I just replaced it yesterday and it works great now, so he was right.

He also suggested replacing the gate valves with 90 degree valves. They were really corroded so I agreed to it. He did a great job despite having to deal with some difficulties cutting the old ones off.

Only issue was that when he disconnected the faucet from the water lines to test the pressure, the main line for the house was initially off but when he turned it on briefly to test the pressure the lines spewed water all over our kitchen floor and sink cabinet; made a bit of a mess. Perhaps in a future request a little more diligence in containing the water when testing the line's pressure.

Initially, there was one problem he came to fix and it turned out multiple thing needed to be done. He handled it like a pro and was able to keep the costs down. Highly recommend

We hired Burtech to fix two slab leaks caused by another large plumbing company in town. Burtech was amazing! I asked around and three separate people recommended Burtech. Danny repiped our entire house and he was exceptional. He was communicative, professional and also emphatic to the what we had been going through as a result of the poor workmanship caused by the prior plumbing company. We will continue to recommend Burtech to our friends and use them for any plumbing needs.

Technician Dave did an awesome job for replacing my kitchen sink and faucet; his work was very detailed with quality; he cleaned up the debris after completion and even took away the old parts. The price was fair and provided a promotional discount. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Capable, honest and affordable. Have been using for almost 2 years for a variety of repairs and plumbing issues and they are consistently excellent. They come on time, are very communicative before, during and after the work, and really work hard to have some of the best consumer relations I've ever encountered with a home service company.

I first used them after having a terrible experience with Goettl, who tried turning a simple job clogged pipe job into a $15,000 project. Called Burtech for the first time and it cost me $85. Be careful, there are some very dishonest companies out there, but Burtech is not one of them.
