We have been using this company for our plumbing needs for more than 15 years, even before we moved into our current home in Poway (there for 10 years). They have completed multiple projects for us, small and large, and I recommend them to family and friends due to their integrity/honesty, on top of their plumbing skills and courtesy.
We always trust their numbers are reasonable, and if they need to come back to take care of something, or something doesn't feel 100% complete, they do it without question or additional charges. I don't ever feel like they are taking advantage of our ignorance regarding plumbing-related issues.
Many years ago, I would call for multiple quotes for a given job, but now I only make one call - Burtech Plumbing.

Burtech plumbing was able to fix our clogged shower drain and we were very impressed with their service. We scheduled via phone with their office and the communication was excellent. We received an email/text confirmation of the appointment as well as texts when the technician was on the way.

Dave was our technician and he was extremely knowledgeable and efficient! He was able to clear the hair clog quickly and also assisted us with a clogged sink and our shower head water pressure! Truly an above and beyond experience! Dave educated us on preventative measures and much more! Dave was THE MAN and should be rewarded for his hard work!

We went with Burtech Plumbing because of their solid reviews, affordable pricing, and good schedule availability. We definitely will be recommending Burtech plumbing to others and using them for our future plumbing needs!

Burtech came to my house to check out a sewer smell from the toilet. He quoted me for a new toilet and installation for $1,100. I had another plumber check it out, and the seal was too low, and there was a gap between the toilet and the pipes. He fixed it for the cost of the visit. The toilet was completely fine.

Quick response - which was fantastic

Unfortunately, the quote to replace 4 bathroom faucets was $1,000...

I had them done a day later for $400.

Perhaps it was the tech...Just shop around. Either way, good market price feedback for the company

This company is wonderful! They arrived the very next morning I called to check out my issue and the service tech was 10/10. He was friendly, communicative, and pricing was fair.
