This is my second review for Burtech Plumbing and I am happy to report that their care and service continues to be excellent. I appreciate so much that they have an answering service, so whenever we have needed anything, we always spoke to a real person and didn't have to wait on hold or talk to an answering machine. Over the past few years, we have had different issues (clogged shower, curious spot on the ceiling, toilet that made a dripping noise, etc). In each case, Burtech has been responsive and their professionals (specifically Jaimie, Jose and Ely) have been outstanding. I've recommended Burtech to others in our neighborhood, but I feel they deserve accolades that will reach a wider audience.

Jose was very helpful, answered all my questions, and was very thorough. My experience with the receptionist (for scheduling), however, wasn't as positive. I felt rushed and she seemed a bit rude.

Eli installed a new kitchen faucet for me and did a great job. He's very personable, explained everything he was doing, and answered all my questions. The faucet is working fine. He also checked all the hoses to make sure there were no leaks. It's all good and I'm a happy customer!
