In one week I had two water issues. First my hot water heater broke and then I had a pipe that started leaking. Neither one was related to the other. Burroughs Plumbing was quick and efficient. Great work done and the coordinating was stellar. The woman in the office actually texted me a photo of the shower head that I needed in case I could find it cheaper on my own than through them. Very friendly and wore a mask when they competed the work in my home.

My bathroom sink started leaking and needed to be updated called Burroughs they were able to come and fix it in reasonable time they did a very nice job and were reasonable. Definitely recommend nice people from the office lady to the techs that came out.

Very disappointed in the services they provided. They were contracted through a contractor we worked with.

1. Custom shower valve was installed too far forward leaving a huge gap between the shower handle and cover once tile was on the wall.
2. Plumber goofed up on the install of the sink on top of the vanity and then silicones the outside where the two meet instead of between.

I would not recommend their services.
