I have been using Burrough's Plumbing for the last 2 years for many many purposes at the business where I work. Scott immediately responds to my call, comes over so quickly for anything I call him for! My requests have been sometimes minor (a pipe issue, pump issue) or major requests (A//C etc). He quickly fixed, or orders the appropriate parts and is back in no time!
I've worked with other plumbers in the past but wouldn't recommend anyone else!

How very pleased we were with Burrough's Plumbing when they heard our emergency call for help last week as our indirect water heater went out! He answered us right away! The work was done promptly and was put in by his son and was done very professionally! Pleased with the response and the work! Thank you so much as we are now better off with a new stainless steel water heater that should last a long long time! 5 star review on everything.

Disappointed in their follow up and installation in general. Derek tried a few fixes but problems were never rectified (and they stopped returning our calls) until we called another company and paid $$ even though we spent a considerable amount of money with Burroughs for installing a new system with supposed warranty. Strongly don't recommend.

I have used Burroughs on several occasions. He was professional and the work was of high quality. He has never done or recommended more work that was necessary. Each time he has come I was pleasantly surprised with a bill that was less than I was expecting. I have recommended Burroughs to my neighbors.

If you appreciate good attitude and customer service I would not look here. Over priced and very rude and lied. When I tried to talk about the charge he only became angry with me. Very unprofessional. Felt ripped off and disrespected.

Just had an ac unit installed today. They were great. They were able to install promptly during this heat wave. Would definetly recommend.

I gave him one star because there were not any other choices for a lower rating, as he does not even deserve one star.
He put in a furnace, we immediately had problems, never returned phone calls, the one time he did... He appeared bothered by the phone call and having to actually fix what he screwed up in the beginning. We had to call not only an electrician, but another REPUTABLE plumbing and heating company to fix the various issues that we had.
It has at this point not only cost us the $5000 to put in the furnace, but an additional $600 to fix his mistakes.

I would NOT recommend him because if you happen to have a problem...., good luck getting a return phone call!
