I feel an experience with Burris and Sons is something every Chicagoan should have. This is LEGENDARY, old school, quality service. The kind you can't find anymore. The kind that comes with real care, a smile, and the goal of seeing a satisfied customer. I called Burris and Sons because my boiler wasn't sending heat to my upstairs radiators. I called at 8 p.m. Mr. Burris showed at 12 the next day. He not only wanted to do the job he was hired for, he also wanted to teach me how to take care of the issue myself next time. I'm typing up this review now in a room that was cold as ice last night but toasty as a sauna now! Thank you, Mr. Burris, for your outstanding service!

Mr. Burris came at 7:40pm to repair the hot water heaters at my building which was one hour after I called him. Excellent service. He is knowledgeable and experienced. My husband found Mr Burris after a quick google search of African American plumbers. We called about 1pm that afternoon by 4pm Mr Burris was at our home. We have had a slow draining/clogged kitchen sink for over a month that my husband just could not get cleared. We called 2 other well known plumbing companies, they wanted to cut open our wall to clear the clog with a VERY expensive price tag.
Mr Burris was able to unclog the sink quickly and was able to tell my husband how to prevent this from happening again.

A drain pipe in my basement was leaking and the sink connected to it was clogged. My house was originally built in 1906 in East Side, and I knew I'd need the help of someone who worked on homes like this one; someone that would know how these old houses worked.

Burris came out here on the same day that I called, fixed the issue within 2 hours and educated me about regular maintenance to prevent this from happening again. He was wonderful!
