Julie D.Very happy with Douglas Burrell's work. The first time was to replace some toilet parts. Very reasonable prices and he came when he said he would. The second time was to get out a clog in our pipes. He got part of it out, but didn't have the specialized equipment to get it all it out, so he had to give me a referral. He insisted on not charging me at all, stating it is his policy to not charge if he can't fix it. I'll be using him again, and I highly recommend him.
