I found the plumbers (including the owner) to be very inefficient with time, which is very disappointing when you are being billed by the hour. More time was spent chatting to each other, taking lunch (which was included in their time), and driving back and forth for parts (4 trips in a 3 hour span - I would assume you would need no more than 1 maybe 2 trips back and forth) than what was spent actually fixing the problem (bad wire going to my well pump). Not to mention there is a huge mark up on parts (he quoted my $800 for a well pump that is less than $250 online). They were also not very respectful of my house walking all over with dirty clothes and shoes and being loud enough to wake up my baby multiple times. Needless to say, I would not recommend them nor will I be using them in the future.
