I contacted Burr Oak Plumbing this morning through Yelp & expected to hear back within a couple days. Peter promptly called me & questioned me about what we needed. ( a garbage disposal replaced) He located a replacement & installed it the same day. He was also able to fix a defective switch we had not anticipated.
We were so pleased with his service! He was very personable, knowledgeable, polite & prompt. His communication was wonderful. A very service oriented person. We were so pleased we're having him do another project on our tankless hot water heater that's leaking & needs flushing.

Our basement toilet and shower wouldn't stop overflowing with water, we called Peter at 8ish and he was there by 11 and got a huge clog out of our main sewer line. He was super friendly and explained everything to us and helped us get in contact with someone to restore our basement. We are going to have him help soon to fix a few more things around our house. I would highly recommend!

Pete was very responsive to my late-night online inquiry about my plumbing problem and since I had the water off in the house he actually responded by email in the middle of the night AND called me first thing in the morning to follow up. We shared some photos and he was at my house by 9 and done before within the hour. I would not hesitate to call Burr Oak again.
Pete also had a discussion about antiques with my wife which made them both excited. : )

I must say that after I submitted my project request in Yelp, Peter contacted me within 15 minutes and scheduled same day plumbing work with me. 1-1/2 hours later, he said he can stop by now if I like, of which I said of course. Very personable, reliable and easy to talk. After he finished installing my faucet and garbage disposal unit, he showed me how to use them. You think it's easy to understand how they work but with so many new innovations going on in this world, he wanted to make sure I understand how they work.

I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs and I will be using him next Spring to install my tankless water heater.

Got the chance to work with Burr Oak Plumbing again! We bought a 5 stage whole house water filter system from Pentair, and needed help removing our simple water softener and replacing it with the more robust whole house system.

Peter did a great job! He communicated clearly with everything that he needed to do, helped explain what things were, how he was going to set it up, helped me configure the electronics so I knew how to maintain it myself, and did some tests to ensure everything worked smoothly including ensuring our water pressured was still good!

It's been setup for a few weeks now and it's works amazing! Super grateful for his wisdom and his time and will definitely reach out if I have anything else that I need!
