Although I have used them in the past, I am reviewing Burns Plumbing after I had a huge issue in my newly completed basement renovation. Drywaller drilled into a supply line behind my bar. Months later the screw popped out of the line and caused massive flooding my basement.

I did two things when noticed the water... I shut off the main and then called Burns. Should you ever find yourself in an emergency or needing scheduled maintenance... do the same thing.

Within 30 mins Sean was at my door diagnosing the issue and using some specialized equipment that he had in his truck. These guys have everything you need when you need it. From start to finish I really appreciated the clear communication, professionalism, and the quick and clean service.

I see why they've been in business for so long. These guys are the real deal. I will be using them for any/all plumbing issues moving forward and you should too. Great local business, knowledgeable staff, and fair pricing from a commercial aspect.

While they mostly do commercial work, Burns plumbing took the time to meet my residential plumbing needs here in Lemont. They were promptly on time and did the job quickly, professionally, and within my budget. I would recommend Burns Plumbing to anyone I know with plumbing needs!

Installed a new water heater. Left me with a gas leak! Pipe couplings should have been checked before they were finished with the job. Thankful it wasn't winter and the house was all closed up, possible explosion.
