They do good work but are not reliable. If you have any problem/challenge or concern...it's just that...yours. They are not a customer-first business. I've had them do several projects, each time it felt like I was a burden to them. They are skilled mechanically, not skilled at customer relations.

Dropped the ball on no heat situation. I got a 1000 dollar bill for a no heat situation from 2 months ago! On the invoice they lie about me saying I was replacing the blower on my Buderous boiler. Who would want to risk blowing up their home? I told them the replacement blower was coming in the next day and I would call them. They declined to put in the blower while I was still out of heat. A part that needed replacing was never installed either. Buderous is a hard to service unit but their technician had been doing an excellent job but this business is not reliable when the pressure is on.

We recently had Burnomatic inspect and tune-up our boiler and we could not have asked for better service. We are relatively new owners of a very old home with a complicated heating system that has been modified multiple times over the years. It was a relief to have the courteous, friendly, and very experienced technician from Burnomatic diagnose all of the quirks in our system. This family-owned company provides a level of terrific service, expertise, and value that is increasingly hard to find these days. We are so glad we found them!

I've had trouble with a complex heating system that involved 2 air conditioners, a forced air furnace and a two zone boiler. Two other companies couldn't get it right. These guys came in after hours and had every up and running and by the next morning everything was toasty in my office. I'm writing this a month later and couldn't be happier! I've known these guys since they did a boiler installation for me in 2008. They were by the far the lowest bid of the three that I received. Service has always been excellent. They are also always willing to give you a few minutes of advice over the phone of a few things to check before you order service, which can be a real money-saver. Greg in particular has been very great to work with.
