Called them earlier today and they were here before lunch. Got right to work. Took them about an hour for a pump out. Resealed the tank and did a nice job of putting the grass back down. Can't tell where they even dig up. Highly recommend.

We normally call a Septic tank clean out company who is closer to our home, but we had an emergency on a Friday night at 7:45 pm. The first company didn't answer their phone and the company who we used in 2016 had an answering service who took our information and had someone call us back. When they called me back they said to call them back on Saturday and they would try to get to us or it might be Monday. I was willing to pay any emergency fee to have someone come out and fix our problem. I then found Burnley Septic and called their number. I got their voicemail stating to leave a message and they would call back within the hour. I didn't leave a message, but then decided to call them again and the owner answered my call. He gave me the price, asked many questions to know what all they had to do when they arrive. Because I knew exactly where my tank lids were and they were only 8 to 12 inches down the price shouldn't change (plus I had one already dug up). The appointment was set up for 6:30am on Saturday morning. Andy called me while he was in-route to my house and showed up right on time. While he was pumping my tank he showed me what the issues were with my tank. First off, don't flush so called FLUSHABLE baby wipes down the toilet because they don't dissolve.. and we had root vines around our pipe vent helping the pipe to plug up. Now with that being said, the previous company did not remove the bed of roots around that pipe. Andy did remove the roots. He also upgraded my exit pipe that goes to the drain field with a PVC """"T"""" pipe because the old concrete ? was falling apart. This new pipe T would prevent any debris from going into the drain field. If debris plugs up the drain field, it would cause us to have major irreversible effects. I must say that I learned a lot about my septic tank today thanks to Andy at Burnley Septic! I am one of those people who never puts much faith in people or businesses because most employees and sometimes owners are poorly trained. They are normally thrown into a job without being knowledgeable about the job. This was not the case with Andy. He honestly is a wealth of information and also helped me to protect my drain field. These guys will be my #1 Septic company when I need help! Thanks so much for the help when I had an emergency!!

I contacted Burnley Sewer and Drain after them being recommended by a friend. We needed our septic tank to be inspected before we purchased our house. When I called, a woman who answered the phone greeted me with """"I don't have time for you"""", and to call back at a different time. I ended up calling back, because we really needed our tank to be inspected. She set everything up, and the seller's agent was on site during the inspection. The gentlemen that showed up, were stabbing into the ground around the property in the backyard. The """"searched"""" for 2 hours. They told the site agent that they were looking for a leak in the tank. That is NOT what I called about. I wasn't even afforded a phone call for any questions. Then I receive a bill and a number of emails where the owner basically called me a liar. I will NEVER recommend this company nor the unprofessional owners ever.

Mr Burnley has done several jobs for us, on two different properties, over the past 25 years. They have always done good work. He even came out and pumped our tank on a Sunday afternoon during the Holidays. Until this December (2017) my husband has been the contact person. Due to various circumstances I had to become the contact. He has not been an easy person for me to deal with. Our drain field needed to be replaced. I told him that there were no electric, cable, water, or gas lines in the back of our property. I came home one day to find that the line locators had painted various colors across our gravel driveway, over the grass, on top of the shrubs, and bedding plants in our 'front yard' to the house. Of course there were no lines in back. When he called I told him what they'd done and he said that he required them to mark (I believe 100 feet) all around the home. When I questioned why he had them mark the front when the work was going to be in back he said """"find someone else, I'm tired of fooling with you."""" The day before he replaced my neighbor's drain field. No line locators were called. The 'man of the house' told him that there were no lines in back. I believe he's fine when dealing with men or women who don't ask any questions.

I called Burnley at around 10AM this morning and was told that their service techs could be out to my home by lunchtime. They were at my home right around 12PM and were so courteous, kind, and informative. They didn't mind that I had no idea where my septic tank was and found it quickly. The whole job was done in under an hour and I paid a very reasonable rate. They gave me the best quote and amazing service. Would absolutely call them for additional services.

We called Burnley's this morning at 0900 with concerns about our septic and in need of a cleaning of septic tank. We thought we would arrange for after the holidays for fear that it would be outrageously sigh to do on New Years Eve Day. They arrived at 1000 and Derek found the tank quickly, diagnosed the problems and flushed it out quickly. The cost was less than expected and he did a wonderful job of filling in the hole with dirt and sod. I would highly recommend this company. They came quickly, did an amazingly quick job, extremely polite and at a reasonable price!
