They deserve less than one star. They did fix the noise and the guy said it was an easy fix, however the amount they charged was outrageous. I received the bill and was shocked at how much they charged. Granted they had to travel out of town, but my bill was $450. I called to ask about my warranty coverage and the man I spoke to was beyond rude. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully because I misunderstood information about my warranty. I will never recommend them.

Received a return phone call regarding a plumbing issue in our basement. Lady on the phone was incredibly rude while asking what the problem was. I explained the issue and she proceeded to demand a credit card to cover any issues. She then abruptly asked if I could even afford them. I have never been so appalled in my life. I can't review on the quality of their work because after speaking to them I would never let them set foot in my house.

I have had occasion to use Burnison several times in the recent past. I had found the office staff knowledgeable and honest, I have had 3 different plumbers and each of them where pleasant and professional. The different jobs - lines needing to be cleared of yuck and tree roots, replacing a toilet ( & hauling away the old), and replacing a very corroded hot water heater - were all done well. I haven't needed to have them back to fix or ""tweek"" any of the work! A HUGE manner of measure in my mind!

I have every intention of calling Burnison Plumbing & Heating ""my"" plumber - and I think anyone looking would be pleased if they give Burnison a try!

We recently used Burnison's to check on my parents furnace. Originally the information was that it needed a new furnace. When contacted Doug explained just the blower motor was bad. We contracted for a new one, but found out the parts were no longer available and a new furnace was needed. Doug went out of his way by offering a used furnace that was in good shape, or a new one. It was about $1,000 difference so we went with the new one. They were back out there the next day installing it. I felt very comfortable that they were taking care of us in a positive way.
