If you provide your own kitchen faucet, the installation fee is $250.00. The installation of a customer-supplied lav faucet is priced at $195.00. The fee for installing a toilet provided by the customer is $350.00. We charge $295.00 for toilet rebuilds. For a Moen tub/shower valve, the installation fee is $795.00. For front installation with a plate, add $150.00 to the cost. The cost for cartridge replacement is $195.00, excluding parts. The price for a hose bib is $150.00, and each extra one is $95.00. The cost for installing a disposal unit is $250.00, not including parts. The price for an angle stop valve is $195.00, with an additional $65.00 for each extra valve. For gas water heaters in the 40-50 gallon range, the price is $1750.00. You can get a 40-50 gallon electric water heater for $1650.00. We charge $150.00 for water heater flushing. The installation of a recirculating pump costs $695.00. You can get a Navien tankless water heater starting at $4200.00. The cost for flushing a tankless heater is $179.00. The 48k iFilter water softener is priced at $2000.00. The price for a 64k iFilter water softener is $2200.00. You can purchase an International RO unit for $595.00. There’s an additional $79.00 charge for drilling through marble or granite. Leak location services are available for $250.00.
