Company Overview

Family-owned since 1902. Our services include water well and pump repairs, plumbing repairs, water quality testing and conditioning, including natural gas solutions. We prioritize our customers and strive to complete every job correctly on the first attempt!

Our great-grandfather founded the company in 1902. Our grandfather managed operations until 1970. My mother maintained the business until I, Carlton Burnette, began in 1978. Carlton Burnette Jr. is part of our team and brings years of training and experience, not just in plumbing but also in related areas, and in customer relations and business management.

As a Madison, FL native born in 1962, I have deep roots in the community. Our family has been part of the Madison community since the late 1700s. I am a proud 1980 graduate of Madison High School. I also completed a two-year program at North Florida Junior College in plumbing and pipe fitting. I was a U.S. Navy veteran from 1982 to 1986. I am happily married and a father of two.
