Family-owned since 1902. We offer expert water well and pump repair services, plumbing services, testing and conditioning of water, and natural gas service. Customer satisfaction is our priority and commit to getting it right the first time!

The company was established by our great-grandfather in 1902. Our grandfather ran the business until 1970. My mother maintained the business until I, Carlton Burnette, began in 1978. We have Carlton Burnette Jr. on our staff and offers a wealth of knowledge and experience, not only in plumbing and related fields, but also in customer service and business practices.

Born in 1962, I am a lifelong resident of Madison, FL. We have family ties to Madison dating back to the late 1700s. I am a proud 1980 graduate of Madison High School. I also completed a two-year program at North Florida Junior College in plumbing and pipe fitting. I proudly served in the U.S. Navy between 1982 and 1986. I am married and have two children.
